Դիանա Գասպարյանը գրել է․

«Վաղարշապատ համայնքի հարգելի՛ բնակիչներ, սիրելի՛ համաքաղաքացիներ,

Արդեն հեռավոր թվացող 2018 թվականի հունիսի 22-ին վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ նշանակվեցի Վաղարշապատ համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար, և այդ օրվանից սկսվեց յոթամյա խելահեղ ճամփորդություն՝ լի դժվարություններով, փորձություններով, խոչընդոտներով, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ արժեքավոր նվաճումներով, հաղթանակներով ու ձեռքբերումներով։ Անցած յոթ տարիները կարող եմ բնութագրել որպես կյանքիս ամենակարևոր շրջան, որը մեծապես կերտեց ինձ որպես անհատ, քաղաքացի ու ղեկավար, մի շրջան, երբ ինչպես գտա, այնպես էլ կորցրեցի շատ բան։ Նվաճումների մասին՝ որպես համայնքի ղեկավար, անհամեստ եմ համարում նշել, քանի որ կարծում եմ, որ ղեկավարի մասին պետք է խոսի գործը։ Այս յոթ տարիների ընթացքում մեր համայնքը վերափոխվեց բոլորիս աչքի առաջ, կատարվեց հսկայական աշխատանք, որը տեսնելու համար հերիք է պարզապես մտովի տեղափոխվել նախահեղափոխական Էջմիածին։

Կորուստների մասին․ այս յոթ տարիների ընթացքում ամեամեծ կորուստս եղել է ժամանակը, որ կարող էի տրամադրել ընտանիքիս ու հարազատներիս, բայց զբաղվածության բերումով տրամադրել եմ աշխատանքին։ Կարծում եմ՝ եկել է պահը, երբ պետք է ընտրություն կատարեմ իմ ամբողջ ժամանակն ու ներուժը նորաստեղծ ընտանիքիս ու մանկահասակ երեխայիս տրամադրելու և համայնքի ղեկավարի ծանր պարտականությունները կատարելու միջև։

Սիրելի՛ համաքաղաքացիներ, հայտնում եմ ձեզ, որ դժվար որոշում եմ կայացրել կյանքիս այս փուլում ինձ նվիրել ընտանեկան հանգիստ կյանքին, երեխայիս դաստիարակությանը, ընտանիքիս ընդլայնմանը, հետևաբար առաջիկայում վայր եմ դնելու մանդատս որպես Վաղարշապատ համայքնի ավագանու անդամ ու այլևս չեմ զբաղեցնելու համայնքի ղեկավաի պաշտոնը։ Ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել ինձ վստահողներին ու հավատացողներին. դուք ինձ ուժ ու ցանկություն եք տվել աշխատելու, նաև ինձ քննադատողներին․ դուք հազարապատկել եք այդ ուժն ու ցանկությունը։ Կյանքում ցանկացած փուլ ունի սկիզբ ու ավարտ, և այս պահին ես զգում եմ, որ կյանքիս այս կարևորագույն փուլն ավարտելու և նորը սկսելու ժամանակն է։

Նաև ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել իմ քաղաքական թիմին՝ <Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր> կուսակցությանը, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ 2018 թվականին այն անփորձ աղջկան վստահելու և այս յոթ տարիների ընթացքում նրա կողքին լինելու համար։
