Գերմանիան և նրա դաշնակիցները քայլեր կձեռնարկեն սառեցված ռուսական ակտիվները բռնագրավելու համար, եթե դա իրավաբանորեն հնարավոր լինի, Zeit պարբերականին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է կանցլեր Ֆրիդրիխ Մերցը։
Մերցը նշել է, որ քննարկվում են նաև Ռուսաստանի դեմ լրացուցիչ պատժամիջոցներն էներգետիկայի և բանկային ոլորտներում, ինչպես նաև անհատների նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցների հետագա գործողությունները։
«Ռուսական ակտիվների հնարավոր առգրավման հարցը ներկայում պարզաբանվում է,-ասել է Մերցը։ -Եթե կա հուսալի իրավական հիմքով գումար հայթայթելու միջոց, մենք դա կանենք։ Սակայն մենք պետք է նաև գիտակցենք այն ռիսկերը, որոնց կհետևի եվրոպական ֆինանսական շուկայի համար նման քայլը։
Արևմտյան պաշտոնատար անձանցից ոմանք, նրանց թվում՝ Գերմանիայում և Եվրոպական կենտրոնական բանկում, դժկամությամբ են հասարակ բռնագրավման դիմում ինքնիշխան պահուստները՝ զգուշացնելով, որ նման քայլը կարող է իրավական խնդիրների հանգեցնել և որպես պահուստային արժույթ խաթարել եվրոյի դիրքը։
«Մենք՝ պետությունների և կառավարությունների ղեկավարներս, համաձայն ենք, որ այժմ պետք է սպառենք բոլոր տարբերակները։ Քննարկում ենք էներգետիկայի և բանկային ոլորտներում հետագա պատժամիջոցները, ինչպես նաև ակտիվների և անհատների նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցների վերաբերյալ հետագա քայլերը», -հայտարարել է Գերմանիայի կանցլերը։
