Բեյրութի օդանավակայանում Արամ Ա կաթողիկոսը հանդիպել է Մոսկվայի և համայն Ռուսիո պատրիարք Կիրիլին ներկայացնող բարձրաստիճան հոգևորականների հետ․

«Այս առաւօտ՝ Ուրբաթ, 16 Մայիս 2025-ին, Պէյրութի օդակայանի պատուոյ սրահին մէջ, նախապէս ճշդուած ժամադրութեան համաձայն, հանդիպում կայացաւ Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Արամ Ա. Վեհաառ Հայրապետին եւ Ռուս եկեղեցւոյ պետ Քիրիլ Պատրիարքը ներկայացնող բարձրաստիճան պատուիրակութեան միջեւ, ներկայութեամբ Լիբանանի մօտ Ռուսիոյ դեսպան Ալեքսանտր Ռուտաքովի։

Յիշենք, որ մի քանի օրեր առաջ, Լիբանանի մօտ Ռուսիոյ դեսպանը եւ Սուրիոյ ու Լիբանանի ռուս եկեղեցւոյ առաջնորդ հայր Ֆիլիփ այցելած էին Մայրավանք, ուր տեսակցութիւն ունեցած էին Նորին Սրբութեան հետ: Նկատի ունենալով, որ պատուիրակութիւնը Ուրբաթ առաւօտ կը հասնէր Պէյրութ եւ նոյն ժամերուն Վեհափառ Հայրապետը կը մեկնէր Գահիրէ (Եգիպտոս), յարմար նկատուեցաւ, որ օդակայանի պատուոյ սրահին մէջ անպայման կայանար յիշեալ հանդիպումը:

Հանդիպումը առիթ հանդիսացաւ քննարկելու յատկապէս Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիոյ Կաթողիկոսութեան եւ ռուս եկեղեցւոյ առնչուած հարցեր։

Նշենք, որ Վեհափառ Հայրապետը եւ Քիրիլ Պատրիարքը շուրջ 50 տարիներէ ի վեր մօտէն ծանօթ են իրարու՝ միջ-եկեղեցական գործակցութեան ծիրէն ներս»,- նշվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
