Երեկ Կոմիտեն հայտնեց, որ նախաքննության ավարտ է հայտարարվել մի խումբ անձանց կողմից ծեծի հետեանքով մահացած անձի գործով։
ArmLur.am-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ սպանվածը Մկրտիչ Նավասարդյանն է։ Վերջինիս հայրը՝ Սիրակ Նավասարդյանը, դեպքից հետո հայտնել էր․
«Որդիս 2 երեխաների հայր է, 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմի մասնակից է։ Իր մեքենայով կամավոր մեկնել է ռազմաճակատ, զինամթերք է կրել ու անփորձանք վերադարձել է տուն։ Հիմա մի քանի բաշիբոզուկների պատճառով տղես մահամերձ պառկած է։ Եթե պատերազմի դաշտում զոհվեր կամ վիրավորվեր․․․ Հասկացանք՝ վիճել են, բայց կարելի՞ է 10 հոգի մարդ բերել 1 հոգու վրա։ Փոքր ախպերն եկել է, որ հանի, հետևից բութ գործիքով նրա գլխին էլ են տվել»
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում քննվող քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 9-ին Մեղրի-Երևան ավտոճանապարհի հատվածում մի խումբ անձինք Վ․Ն․-ի առողջությանը պատճառել են թեթև վնաս, իսկ Մ․Ն․-ի նկատմամբ կատարել են ֆիզիկական ներգործություն։ Հաջորդ օրը խմբի անդամները Մ․Ն․-ին ապօրինաբար զրկել են կյանքից և Վ․Ն․-ի առողջությանը պատճառել են թեթև վնաս։
Հ․Բ․-ի և Գ․Ա․-ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 171-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով (առողջությանը թեթև վնաս պատճառելը) (2 դրվագ), 195-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով (ֆիզիկական ներգործությունը), 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով (սպանությունը)։
Երկուսի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը։
Հ․Բ․-ի և Գ․Ա․-ի վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է հսկող դատախազին։
Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
