Մասնագետները վստահ են, որ ամեն օր լոգանք ընդունելն այնքան էլ լավ միտք չէ

Ի՞նչ հաճախականությամբ է պետք լոգանք ընդունել։ Պարզվում է, որ շատերը չգիտեն այս հարցի պատասխանը, և բանն այն է, որ մարդկանց մեծամասնությունը ոչ թե չի հետևում հիգիենայի կանոններին, այլ, կարելի է ասել, անգամ չափն անցնում է։ Կան մարդիկ, ովքեր լոգանք են ընդունում ամեն օր, կամ, ավելի “ծանր” դեպքերում, օրը 2-3 անգամ։
Հիշե՛ք, որ չափից դուրս մաքուր լինելը նույնչափ վնաս է, ինչքան հիգիենայի կանոններն անտեսելը։
Մասնագետները նշում են, որ ամենօրյա ջրային պրոցեդուրաների միտքն առաջացել է համեմատաբար վերջերս՝ 50-60 տարի առաջ, երբ յուրաքանչյուր միջին վիճակագրական քաղաքացի կարողացավ տանը ստեղծել լոգանք ընդունելու համապատասխան հարմարությունները։ Նրանք նաև վստահ են, որ ամենօրյա լոգանքն ավելի շատ սոցիալական պահանջ է, քան օբյեկտիվ անհրաժեշտություն։
Մի շարք հետազոտություններ ապացուցել են, որ ամենօրյա տաք ցնցուղը կարող է չորացնել մաշկը և զրկել օրգանիզմի կողմից արտադրվող բնական պաշտպանիչ յուղերից։ Արդյունքում մաշկի բջիջները կորցնում են վիրուսների և բակտերիաների դեմ պաշտպանությունը։ Ինչպես նաև, մաշկը թեփոտվում է, առաջանում է քոր, ցավ և կորող է անգամ էկզեմա առաջանալ։
Հաճախակի ջրային պրոցեդուրաներից տուժում են նաև մազերը․ դրանք որակազրկվում են և կորցնում բնական փայլը։
Մասնագետները չեն կարողանում ստույգ նշել, թե շաբաթվա ընթացքում քանի անգամ կարելի է ցնցուղ ընդունել։ Այս հարցի պատասխանը հիմնականում կախված է օրգանիզմի առանձնահատկություններից։ Շատ բժիշկներ անգամ վստահ են, որ ձեռքերի, ոտքերի, թևատակերի և ինտիմ գոտիների հիգիենային հետևող մարդիկ կարիք չունեն շաբաթական մի քանի անգամ լոգանք ընդունել։
Կարևոր է այստեղ հաշվի առնել նաև մաքրասիրության ավանդույթների գործոնը։ Օրինակ, ավստրալիացիների 29 տոկոսը ցնցուղ են ընդունում ամեն օր, 2-ից 3 անգամ, իսկ չինացիների մեծամասնությունը լոգանք է ընդունում շաբաթական մոտ 2 անգամ։ Շվեդիայում կանանց կեսից ավելին ամեն օր լոգանք չի ընդունում, իսկ անգլիայում գեղեցիկ սեռի ներկայացուցիչների ¾֊ն ամեն առավոտ ցնցուղ է ընդունում։
Անշուշտ, պետք է խոսել նաև բնությանը պատճառած վնասի մասին, քանզի միայն պատկերացնել կարելի է, թե ինչքան ջուր է օգտագործվում այդ անիմաստ պրոցեդուրաների ընթացքում և թե ինչ մասշտաբների վնաս են հասցնում այդ քանակի խնամքի միջոցները շրջակա միջավայրին։
