ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի պետության, սահմանադրական կարգի հիմունքների և հասարակական անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում ավարտվել է պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողի ինքնասպանության դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված հեռակա քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:
2010 թվականի մարտի 15-ին ՊԲ զորամասի վերանորոգման վաշտի սպայական սենյակի հետնամասում հայտնաբերվել է նույն զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Վ.Մ.-ի դիակը՝ պարանի միջոցով երկաթյա պտտաձողից կախված վիճակում:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2010 թվականի մարտի 14-ին նույն զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողներ Ա.Խ.-ն և Ն.Գ.-ն շարքային Վ.Մ.-ին ճնշելու, նրա պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը ստորացնելու դիտավորությամբ վերջինիս կողմից խոստացված գումարը ժամանակին չվերադարձնելու համար հալածանքների են ենթարկել նրան, ինչի հետևանքով Վ.Մ.-ն նույն օրը կախվելու եղանակով ինքնասպանություն է գործել:
2025 թվականի ապրիլի 11-ին որոշում է կայացվել հետախուզվող Ա.Խ.-ի նկատմամբ հեռակա վարույթ իրականացնելու մասին:
Ա.Խ.-ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ 18.04.2003 թվականին ընդունված Քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (զինծառայողների փոխհարաբերությունների կանոնագրքային կանոնները խախտելը նրանց միջև ստորադասության հարաբերությունների բացակայության դեպքում):
Ա.Խ.-ի վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է հսկող դատախազին:
