ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննված քրեական վարույթով իրականացված նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Տավուշի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկը, իր ծառայողական լիազորությունները և դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով, կաշառքի միջնորդության պատրվակով 300.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար է ստացել:

Մասնավորապես՝ նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերին վերը նշված պարեկային ծառայողը վարորդական վկայական ձեռք բերել ցանկացող քաղաքացուն տեղեկացրել է, թե կարող է կազմակերպել իբրև թե պաշտոնատար անձ հանդիսացող իր ծանոթին 600.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք տալու դիմաց ապօրինի եղանակով վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական ստանալու գործընթացը: Հիշյալ գործողությունների դիմաց պարեկը քաղաքացուն դրդել է սկզբում իրեն փոխանցել կաշառքի գումարից 300.000 ՀՀ դրամը՝ իբր իր ծանոթ պաշտոնատար անձին տալու նպատակով, իսկ գումարի մյուս մասը փոխանցել վարորդական վկայական ստանալու համար սահմանված քննությունը հանձնելուց հետո: Սակայն պարեկը հետագայում որևէ գործողություն չի ձեռնարկել, և քաղաքացին վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական չի ստացել:

Արդյունքում՝ պարեկը, իր ծառայողական լիազորությունները և դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով, կաշառքի միջնորդության պատրվակով ստացել է 300.000 դրամ:

Կաշառք տալու դրդչության փորձի, ինչպես նաև կաշառքի միջնորդության պատրվակով դրամական միջոց ստանալու համար պարեկին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 46-44-436-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 440-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով։ Վերջինիս պաշտոնավարումը կասեցվել է:

Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ  ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:

Ծանուցում.  հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
