Գլխավոր դատախազության տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության հսկողության ներքո գտնվող՝ Քննչական կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական վարույթներից մեկով պարզվել է, որ շինարարական և այլ ծառայությունների մատուցմամբ զբաղվող 18 տարբեր ընկերություններ, 2023-2024 թվականների ընթացքում, առանց իրական ապրանքաշրջանառության դուրս գրված կեղծ հարկային հաշիվները ներառել են ընկերությունների ԱԱՀ հաշվետվություններում:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության փոխանցմամբ՝ վերոնշյալ գործողությունների հետևանքով՝ ընկերությունները ստացել են ԱԱՀ-ի դեբետային գումարները միասնական հաշվին որպես գերավճար ձևակերպելու, ինչպես նաև շահութահարկի հաշվարկում կեղծ տվյալներ ներառելու, ավել նվազեցումներ հայտարարագրելու միջոցով շահութահարկ վճարելուց խուսափելու հնարավորություն՝ պետությանը պատճառելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի վնաս:

«Դատախազը 2025 թվականի ապրիլ-մայիս ամիսների ընթացքում սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդումներ է հարուցել 18 ընկերությունների տնօրենների նկատմամբ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 290-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և 290-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (խոշոր և առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հարկեր չվճարելը):

Մեղադրյալներից մի քանիսն ընդունել են իրենց ներկայացված մեղադրանքը և նախաքննության ընթացքում վերականգնել պետությանը պատճառված վնասից 1 միլիոն 338 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք 517 միլիոն 583 հազար դրամը:
