Ռուսաստանի համար թանկ են Հայաստանի հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները, մեր ժողովուրդների միջև խորը կապերը, հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները պետք է բոլոր ուղղություններով առավելագույնս զարգացնել. այս մասին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ եչրևանյան հանդիպմանն ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Մոսկվան բարձր է գնահատում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մասնակցությունը Հաղթանակի 80-ամյակին նվիրված շքերթին` «ի հեճուկս արևմտյան որոշ պաշտոնյաների բաց սպառնալիքներին»
«Նախկինի պես համարում ենք, որ մեր դաշնակցային հարաբերություններում կարևորագույն ոլորտներից է անվտանգությունը: Մենք պատրաստ ենք ամեն կերպ աջակցել ՀՀ պաշտպանությանը, ինքնիշխանությանն ու տարածքային ամբողջականության ապահովմանը», - ընդգծել է նա:
Խոսելով տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի մասին՝ Լավրովն ասել է, որ Մոսկվան անկեղծ հետաքրքրված է Երևան-Բաքու ամբողջական կարգավորմամբ:
«Կարծում ենք՝ դրա համար ամուր հիմք են 2020 և 2022թթ. ՌԴ նախագահի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի և ՀՀ վարչապետի միջև ամենաբարձր մակարդակով ձեռք բերված համալիր եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունները: Մենք ողջունել են խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի համաձայնեցումը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև: Պատրաստ ենք օգնել այդ փաստաթղթի ստորագրման համար կարգավորման կարիք ունեցող բոլոր խնդիրների լուծման հարցում: Միշտ կարող եք մեզ վրա հույս դնել, այդ թվում՝ տրանսպորտային տնտեսական ուղիների ապաշրջափակման, հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման, սահմանագծման, առաջացող բոլոր մարդասիրական խնդիրների լուծման հարցերում՝ հաշվի առնելով կողմերից յուրաքանչյուրի շահերը», - ասել է նա:
Լավրովը հավելել է, որ ՌԴ-ն մեծ ներուժ է տեսնում «3+3» տարածաշրջանային հարթակի զարգացման հարցում:
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ նախարարը նաև նշել է՝ Մոսկվան շահագրգռված է, որ Հայաստանը ներգրավվի հեռանկարային գործընթացներում Շանհայի համագործակցության, ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի շրջանակներում:
Խոսելով տնտեսական համագործակցության մասին, նա հիշեցրել է, որ ՌԴ-ն ՀՀ-ի առանցքային տնտեսական գործընկերն է, հիմնական ներդրողը և երկրի էներգետիկ և պարենային անվտանգության հուսալի երաշխավորը:
