Ադրբեջանի դատախազությունը ցանկանում է Abzas Media-ի ղեկավարությանը և լրագրողներին դատապարտել 11 և 12 տարվա ազատազրկման

Ադրբեջանի դատախազությունը «դատարանում» պահանջել է ընդդիմադիր Abzas Media լրատվամիջոցի լրագրողներին դատապարտել 11 և 12 տարվա ազատազրկման, հաղորդում են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները։
Մասնավորապես, Ադրբեջանի դատախազությունը պահանջել է 12 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտել պարբերականի տնօրեն Ուլվի Հասանլիին, Հաֆիզ Բաբալիին և Ֆարիդ Մեհրալիզադեին։
Մյուս մեղադրյալների՝ Սևինջ Աբբասովայի, Նարգիզ Աբսալամովայի, Էլնարա Գասիմովայի և փոխտնօրեն Մուհամմեդ Կեկալովի համար մեղադրանքի կողմը 11 տարվա ազատազրկում է պահանջել։
Քրեական գործի շրջանակում Ուլվի Հասանլին ձերբակալվել է 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 20-ին։ Նույն օրը խուզարկվել են նրա տունը և Abzas Media-ի գրասենյակը, որտեղ ենթադրաբար հայտնաբերվել է 40 հազար եվրո։
Նույն օրը ավելի ուշ ձերբակալվել է կայքի փոխտնօրեն Մուհամմեդ Կեկալովը, իսկ նոյեմբերի 21-ի գիշերը գլխավոր խմբագիր Սևինջ Վահիֆգըզին ձերբակալվել է օդանավակայանում՝ արտասահմանից վերադառնալիս։ Այդ գործով ձերբակալվել են նաև լրագրողներ Նարգիզ Աբսալամովան, Էլնարա Գասիմովան և հետաքննող լրագրող Հաֆիզ Բաբալին։
Նրանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Ադրբեջանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 206.4 (կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից կատարված մաքսանենգություն), 192.3.2 (անօրինական ձեռնարկատիրություն, որը կատարվել է առանձնապես խոշոր եկամուտ ստանալու միջոցով), 193-1.3.1 և 193-1.3.2 (հանցավոր ճանապարհով ձեռք բերված գույքի օրինականացում, որը կատարվել է կազմակերպված խմբի կամ հանցավոր կազմակերպության կողմից, խոշոր մասշտաբով), 213.2.1 (կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից կատարված հարկերից խուսափելը), 320.1, 320.2 (պաշտոնական փաստաթղթերի կեղծում, անօրինական արտադրություն կամ վաճառք, գիտակցաբար կեղծված փաստաթղթերի օգտագործում) հոդվածներով։
