2026թ․ ընտրությունները հեշտ չեն լինելու Հայաստանի ընդդիմության համար. Արտակ Զաքարյան

Եվրոպական խորհրդի ղեկավար Աննտոնիու Կոշտան հայտնել է, որ 2026 թվականին գագաթաժողովը կընդունի Հայաստանը, իսկ 2028 թվականին՝ Ադրբեջանը։ Հիմա արդեն պարզ է, թե ինչու էր Նիկոլն անձրևանոցը պահում Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Մակրոնի վրա, և ինչու էր Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևին համոզում՝ գնալ սուրճ խմելու։ Իսկ միամիտ հայ հանրությանը երևի թվում էր, թե Նիկոլը Հայաստանի համար էր ջանում ինչ-որ բան համաձայնեցնել ու ստանալ։

Եվրոպական քաղաքական հանրույթը դարձել է երկրների ղեկավարների մակարդակով համաեվրոպական քաղաքական երկխոսության համար հարթակ, որը հավաքվում է տարին երկու անգամ։

2026թ․ հունիսին ՀՀ-ում տեղի են ունենալու Նիկոլի և իր դավադիր խմբակի համար ճակատագրական ընտրություններ։ Իսկ 2029թ․ փետրվարին Ադրբեջանում Ալիևի համար են լինելու ճակատագրական նախագահական ընտրություններ։ Ուստի 2026թ․ սկզբերին Երևանում, և 2028թ․ վերջերին Բաքվում եվրոպացի ղեկավարների հավաքները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու Իլհամ Ալիևին նախընտրական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակ են ունենալու։
 
Եվրոպացիները վերջերս սկսել են նաև «փող խոստանալ» հայ և ադրբեջանցի ընտրողներին, ասելով որ 3,36 մլրդ դոլարի ներդրումներ կանեն տարածաշրջանում՝ տնտեսության դիվերսիֆիկացման և կայուն զարգացման համար։ Հիշենք, որ 2021թ․ խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրություններից առաջ էլ էին ներդրումներ խոստանում, բայց դա տեղի չունեցավ։ 2022թ․-ից առ այսօր, Եվրոպան ինքն ունի փողի ու անվտանգության կարիք, իսկ եվրոպացիներին հետաքրքրում է մեկ բան․ Ռուսաստանի հարակից երկրներում անկայունության օջախների և պատերազմական ռիսկերի պահպանում, հակառուսական տրամադրությունների խորացում, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի (Սյունիքի մարզ) ունեցած մոլիբդենի հսկայական պաշարների (աշխարհի պաշարների մոտ 16%) նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն։

Ակնհայտ է, որ 2026թ․ ընտրությունները հեշտ չեն լինելու Հայաստանի ընդդիմության համար։
