«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Սյունիքի մարզպետի աշխատակազմը մշակել է նախագիծ, որից պարզ է դառնում՝ միաձուլվելու են Սյունիքի մարզի Որոտանի և Լծենի հիմնական, Շամբի և Վաղատինի միջնակարգ դպրոցները: Արդյունքում գործելու է Վաղատինի միջնակարգ դպրոց։ Որոտանի դպրոցում սովորում է 20, Լծենի դպրոցում՝ 8, Շամբի դպրոցում՝ 46, Վաղատինի դպրոցում՝ 46 աշակերտ։

Նշվում է՝ իրավական ակտի ընդունումը բխում է գյուղական բնակավայրերում կրթական որակյալ ծառայությունների հասանելիության և հանրակրթության որակյալ արդյունքի ապահովման անհրաժեշտությունից։ Նախագծի ընդունման պարագայում բնակավայրերի դպրոցահասակ երեխաների կրթության կազմակերպումը կիրականացվի Սյունիքի մարզի «Վաղատինի միջնակարգ դպրոց» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությունում՝ ապահովելով նրանց տեղափոխումը։

Որոշման ընդունման կապակցությամբ պետական բյուջեում եկամուտների և ծախսերի ավելացում կամ նվազեցում չի նախատեսվում:

Ֆինանսավորումն իրականացվելու է ԿԳՄՍՆ 2022 թ. դեկտեմբերի 7-ի N79-Ն հրամանով, դրա արդյունքում ակնկալվում է պահակների, հավաքարարների, հաշվապահների, տնօրենների և այլ հաստիքների մասով 15489,2 հազար դրամ գումարի տնտեսում (գումարի մեջ չի հաշվարկվել միաձուլման արդյունքում առաջացող ծախսերը՝ վերջնահաշվարկի, ծանուցումների և նախորդ ամսվա պահպանման ծախսերի մասով):
