Դասախոսը կաշառք է վերցրել. ինչ է պատահել

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին
ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով կատարված նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Երևանի Մեսրոպ Մաշտոցի անվան համալսարանի դասախոսը, իր ծառայողական լիազորությունները և դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով կաշառք տվողների՝ ուսանողների օգտին հովանավորչության և ապօրինի գործողության համար, նրանցից պահանջել և ստացել է ընդհանուր՝ 500.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք:
Մասնավորապես՝ նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ հիշյալ դասախոսը 2025 թվականի մարտից ապրիլն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ուսանողներից որպես կաշառք գումարներ է պահանջել ավարտական քննությունները բարձր գնահատելու համար: Ընդ որում՝ ուսանողներից մեկից ստացել է կաշառքը, իսկ մյուսի դեպքում՝ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի կողմից իրականացված «կաշառք ստանալու և կաշառք տալու նմանակում» գաղտնի քննչական գործողության արդյունքում, կաշառք ստանալու պահին բռնվել և ձերբակալվել է, որից հետո կատարված խուզարկությամբ նրա մոտից հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել է կաշառքի առարկա հանդիսացող գումարը:
Մասնավոր ոլորտում կաշառք ստանալու համար դասախոսին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 272-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (2 դրվագ)։ Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել տնային կալանքը:
