Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային Ժողովի նախագահը պաշտոնական դիրքորոշման հերթական հստակեցումը կատարեց՝ ի նպաստ Ադրբեջանի։

Գործնականում միայն ՀՀ իշխանությունն ու Ադրբեջանն են քարոզում, որ Արցախի որևէ ինստիտուցիոնալ գործունեություն սուվերենության խախտում է։ Այսպիսով, ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը փաստացիորեն ստանձնում է այն նարատիվը, ըստ որի՝ Արցախի ինքնակառավարման ցանկացած փորձ դիտարկվում է որպես սադրանք՝ Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության դեմ։

Արցախցիների ինքնակազմակերպման փորձերը՝ լինի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, նախագահի ընտրություն, թե հանրաքվեներ, ոչ թե պատերազմական պահանջներ են, այլ՝ ինքնորոշման իրավունքի դրսևորումներ։

ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը հստակ ձևակերպում ունի՝ ՀՀ-ն աջակցում է Արցախի անվտանգությանն ու ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրագործմանը։ Ալենի խոսքը հակասում է այս սկզբունքին, ինչը կարող է ներքաղաքական մակարդակում դիտարկվել որպես Սահմանադրական արժեքների խախտում։

Նրա խոսքերը սնում են ադրբեջանական դիվանագիտական օրակարգը։

Սիմոնյանի հայտարարությունը պետք է գնահատել որպես պետական արժանապատվության և արտաքին քաղաքականության ինքնիշխանության նահանջ։

Հայտարարությունը ակնհայտորեն չի նպաստում ոչ ազգային համախմբմանը, ոչ էլ Արցախի ժողովրդի շահերի պաշտպանությանը։ Այն նաև բացահայտում է ՀՀ իշխանությունների քաղաքական պատասխանատվության բացակայությունը։

Այսպիսի դիրքորոշմամբ ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը պառակտում է, խթանում քաղաքական ապամոբիլիզացիա և տեղաշարժում պետական օրակարգը՝ ի վնաս ազգային շահերի։

Հ. Գ. Իսկ Արցախի Ազգային Ժողովը, կառավարությունը պաշտպանվողի կեցվածքը պիտի փոխի քաղաքական նախաձեռնության դիրքորոշման։

Ոչ թե միայն պիտի հերքի հնչող մեղադրանքները, այլ պիտի մերկացնի դավադիր լեզուն և քաղաքական տրայեկտորիան։

Ոչ թե միայն պիտի պնդի իր իրավունքը, այլ պիտի հակադրվի հանձնվող իշխանությանը՝ որպես ժողովրդի շահերի դավաճան»։
