Հայաստանում բենզինը ստուգվելու է ոչ միայն ներմուծման ժամանակ, այլև տեղափոխման և վաճառքի փուլերում։ Դրա մասին մայիսի 27-ին Ազգային ժողովի նիստում հայտարարել է Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Գեղամ Գևորգյանը՝ Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի 2024 թվականի գործունեության մասին զեկույցի քննարկման ժամանակ։
Նոր միջոցառումները, ըստ նրա, հնարավորություն կտան վերահսկել վառելիքի որակը բոլոր փուլերում՝ ներմուծումից մինչև վաճառք։ Նման կերպ, այն կդադարի մատակարարման ընթացքում «վատթարանալ»։
«Մի քանի ամիս առաջ բենզինը Հայաստանում վաճառվում էր մեկ լիտրի համար 250 դրամով։ Այսինքն՝ զգալիորեն ավելի էժան, քան գնման գինը։ Փորձարկումը ցույց է տվել, որ դրան ավելացվել են էժան նավթամթերքներ, որոնք ոչ պիտանի են ավտոմեքենաների համար», -հայտնել է Գևորկյանը։
Նման խախտումները, ինչպես նշել է պաշտոնյան, հատկապես հաճախակի են դարձել այն ժամանակահատվածում, երբ Ռուսաստանը (Հայաստանի բենզինի հիմնական մատակարարը) նավթամթերքի պակաս էր զգում Ուկրաինայում հակամարտության ֆոնին։ Նույն ժամանակահատվածում Եվրամիության երկրներից մատակարարումները աճել են։
«Քրեական գործեր են հարուցվել բենզալցակայանների սեփականատերերի դեմ, որոնք ցածրորակ բաղադրիչներ օգտագործելով իջեցրել են գները։ Սակայն այդ խնդիրը չի վերացել։ Նման տեսակի խարդախությունը, ցավոք, լայն տարածում է գտել։ Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ որոշել ենք կառավարությանն առաջարկել վերահսկողության համակարգ, որի շրջանակում բենզինը կստուգվի տեղափոխման և վաճառքի յուրաքանչյուր փուլում։ Այդ միջոցառումը կկանխի կողմնակի խառնուրդների ավելացումը», -նշել է Գևորգյանը։
Գնահատելով շուկայի ներկա վիճակը՝ նա միաժամանակ մատնանշել է միջազգային ապրանքանիշերի մասնաբաժնի աճը։ Մասնավորապես, Shell ընկերությունը, չնայած բենզալցակայանների սահմանափակ թվին, արդեն զբաղեցրել է շուկայի զգալի մասը։
