Նախարարությունը ներկայացրել է երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի վճարման կարգը

Կատարված օրենսդրական  փոփոխությունների համաձայն՝ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի՝ ուղղակի վճարվող գումարը (նպաստի գումարը) վճարվում է բացառապես անկանխիկ եղանակով:

Նպաստի գումարը կարող է վճարվել ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հետ համապատասխան պայմանագիր կնքած բանկերից մեկում (այսուհետ՝ բանկ) բացված բանկային հաշվին փոխանցելու միջոցով (եթե ներկայացվել է շահառուի բանկային հաշվի համարը):

Եթե անձը բանկում չունի բանկային հաշիվ, ապա նպաստի գումարը փոխանցվում  է  բանկին: Բանկը  շահառուի անվամբ բացում է բանկային հաշիվ և այդ հաշվին է մուտքագրում նպաստի գումարը, որից հետո շահառուն կարող է անձնագրով ներկայանալ բանկի ցանկացած մասնաճյուղ և ստանալ գումարը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Սկսած 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ից՝ վերոնշյալ ընթացակարգով նպաստը վճարվելու է Հայբիզնեսբանկի և Հայէկոնոմբանկի միջոցով (այսօրվա դրությամբ միայն այդ բանկերն են կնքել համապատասխան համաձայնագիր): 

Առաջիկայում համապատասխան համաձայնագիր կկնքվի Արդշինբանկի հետ (ժամկետների մասին կտեղեկացվի լրացուցիչ):

Բոլոր այն դեպքերում, երբ քաղաքացին արդեն իսկ ներկայացված դիմումում ընտրել է նպաստի վճարման կանխիկ եղանակը կամ ցանկություն է հայտնել գումարը ստանալ նախարարության հետ համապատասխան պայմանագիր (համաձայնագիր) չկնքած բանկի միջոցով, նրանց նպաստի գումարները կվճարվեն Հայբիզնեսբանկին կամ Հայէկոնոմբանկին փոխանցելու միջոցով:

Ըստ այդմ, ներկայացվել է երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի դիմում, որի հիման վրա կայացվել է նպաստը վճարելու որոշում, ապա սկսած 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 10-ից անձը կարող է անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթով այցելել Հայբիզնեսբանկի կամ Հայէկոնոմբանկի որևէ մասնաճյուղ և ստանալ նպաստի գումարը:

Վճարումն իրականացնող բանկի վերաբերյալ շահառուին կտրվի հետադարձ տեղեկատվություն, իսկ շահառուն հնարավորություն ունի ցանկացած ժամանակ փոխել բանկը:
