Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության կողմից այսօր ընդունված երկու որոշումներով՝ ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությանն ամրացվեցին մայրաքաղաքի հեռուստաաշտարակին հարող տարածքում գտնվող՝ շուրջ 900 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք 360 միլիոն 690 հազար դրամ շուկայականին մոտարկված կադաստրային արժեքով, մոտ 1 հա մակերեսով «անտառային» նշանակության և մայրաքաղաքի հեռուստաաշտարակին հարող մեկ այլ տարածքի՝ 661 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք 254 միլիոն դրամ արժեքով, 6640 քմ մակերեսով «անտառային» նշանակության հողամասերը: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժինը:
Գլխավոր դատախազությունը տեղեկացրել էր, որ Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած վճռով՝ բավարարվել է Դատախազության՝ պետական շահերի պաշտպանության հերթական հայցը, որով պահանջվել էր անվավեր ճանաչել Երևանի քաղաքապետի և ֆիզիկական անձի միջև 2005 թվականի մայիսի 2-ին կնքված առուվաճառքի պայմանագիրն ու կիրառել անվավերության հետևանքներ:
Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանը մեկ այլ վճռով բավարարել էր Գլխավոր դատախազության՝ պետական շահերի պաշտպանության հայցերից ևս մեկը, որով պահանջվել էր անվավեր ճանաչել Երևանի քաղաքապետի և ֆիզիկական անձի միջև 2005 թվականի հունիսի 30-ին կնքված առուվաճառքի պայմանագիրն ու դրա հիման վրա նշված անշարժ գույքերի նկատմամբ կատարված սեփականության իրավունքի պետական գրանցումները:
