IDBank-ը Cashless Forum Uzbekistan 2025-ում․ տեխնոլոգիաներ, որ փոխում են բանկային փորձառությունը

Ուզբեկստանի մայրաքաղաքում տեղի ունեցավ «Cashless Forum Uzbekistan 2025»-ը, որը կազմակերպել էր թվային վճարումների ոլորտի համաշխարհային առաջատար Visa ընկերությունը։ Միջոցառումը համախմբել էր պետական կառույցների և մասնավոր բիզնեսի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների ԱՊՀ երկրներից, Ուկրաինայից, Վրաստանից և Հարավարևելյան Եվրոպայից։ Մասնակիցները քննարկեցին անկանխիկ տնտեսության զարգացման հեռանկարները, բանկային ոլորտի վերափոխումները և նորարարությունների դերը ֆինանսական ծառայությունների մատուցումն ավելի մատչելի դարձնելու ճանապարհին։

IDBank-ը ևս մասնակցում էր այս ֆորումին՝ կիսվելով իր փորձով։ «Թվային բանկինգ․ էկոհամակարգեր և հաճախորդների փորձառության ապագան» թեմայով պանելային քննարկման հիմնական խոսնակը IDBank-ի թվային բանկինգի տնօրեն Սերգեյ Առաքելյանն էր։ Քննակման առանցքային կետերն էին թվային էկոհամակարգերի ստեղծումն ու բանկ-հաճախորդ փոխհարաբերությունների զարգացումը։

«Թվայնացումն ամբողջովին փոխել է մեր հաճախորդների հետ աշխատելաոճը`տալով հնարավորություն հաճախորդներին էլ ավելի շատ ֆինանսական գործիքներ տրամադրելով։ Այսօր գործարքների ընդամենը 1%-ն է իրականացվում մասնաճյուղերում, իսկ մնացածը՝ Idram&IDBank հավելվածով, բանկոմատներով և թվային հարթակներով։ Մասնավորապես, BNPL ձևաչափի գործարկումն այսօր թույլ է տալիս օրական մոտ տասնյակ հազար վարկ տրամադրել: Ի սկզբանե մեր ընտրած ուղին` ինտերգրել բանկային ծառայությունները Իդրամ հավելվածում, համագործակցությունից ի վեր գրեթե քսանապատկել է մեր հաճախորդային բազան, իսկ հաճախորդներին հնարավորություն է տվել օգտվել ավելի լայն սպեկտրի ծառայություններից։ Իհարկե, պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ թվային փոփոխությունների հետ մեկտեղ անհրաժեշտություն է առաջանում կրթել հասարակությանը, հաղթահարել ՏՏ անվտանգության մարտահրավերներն ու սոցիալական ինժեներիայի ռիսկերը։ Այդ նպատակով էլ մենք ստեղծել ենք Հայաստանում առաջին ֆինանսական հավելվածը երեխաների համար` Idram Junior-ը», - նշեց Սերգեյ Առաքելյանը։

Ֆորումը նաև դարձավ հարթակ՝ ներկայացնելու վճարումների, նույնականացման, թվային անվտանգության և հաճախորդների փորձառության ուսումնասիրության ուղղությամբ տեխնիկական նորարար լուծումները։ Մասնակիցները փորձի փոխանակման յուրահատուկ հնարավորություն ունեցան, ծանոթացան թվային վերափոխումների լավագույն փորձին տարբեր երկրներից և քննարկեցին տարածաշրջանում անկանխիկ տնտեսության ապագան։

IDBank-ը շարունակելու է ակտիվորեն զարգացնել թվային նախաձեռնությունները՝ ամրապնդելով իր դերը որպես բանկային նորարարությունների առաջատարներից մեկը Հայաստանում և միջազգային շուկայում։
