Մհեր Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
Հարգարժան հայեր,
սկսում ենք աննախադեպ մի ծրագիր, որը կոչվելու է «200 տարի միասին»։
Իմ գաղափարակից հայ և ռուս ընկերների հետ միասին, առաջիկա 2-3 տարիների ընթացքում, իրականացնելու ենք բազմաթիվ հասարակական, քաղաքական, պատմական քննարկումներ ու միջոցառումներ՝ նվիրված «Թուրքմենչայի պայմանագրի» 200-ամյակին։
Սրանք ոչ միայն միջոցառումներ են, որոնց նպատակն է մեր բոլորիս հիշողությունը թարմացնել և հիշել, թե ինչպես ազատագրվեց Երևանը, և հայ ժողովուրդը հնարավորություն ստացավ իր պատմական բնօրրանում ապրելու, իսկ ապագայում նաև պետականությունը վերականգնելու, այլ նպատակ ունենք՝ նախևառաջ խոսել Հայաստանի և մեր տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության ճարտարապետության մասին.
Հայ և ռուս պատմաբանների, քաղաքական գործիչների, հասարակական դեմքերի շրջանում ֆորումներ և քննարկումներ կազմակերպելով՝ մենք պետք է հասնենք նրան, որ հայաստանյան քաղաքական միտքը վերջապես ընկալի, որ Հայաստանի և տարածաշրջանի խաղաղությունը հիմնված է հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների և Ռուսաստանի՝ մեր տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության ճարտարապետության կառուցման վրա։ Եվ քանդելով այդ ճարտարապետությունը, թույլ տալով, որ արևմտյան պետությունները մեր տարածաշրջանն ու Հայաստանը դարձնեն իրենց գեոպոլիտիկ խաղերում գործիք՝ ուղղակիորեն վտանգում ենք Հայաստանի և մեր տարածաշրջանի անվտանգությունը։
Ուրախ եմ ներկայացնել ձեզ, սիրելի հայրենակիցներ «200 տարի միասին» ծրագիրը։
