Հացադուլ հայտարարած 27-ամյա տղամարդու մայրը պնդում է՝ իր որդին անհիմն է բանտում՝ աղջկա պատճառով

Արդեն 9 ամիս է՝ ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության Նուբարաշեն քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում է գտնում Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 27-ամյա Սերժիկ Եսայանը, ով ըստ իր մայրիկի՝ Անժելա Եսայանի, խաբեության զոհ է դարձել և անհիմն ձերբակալված է։ Ս․ Եսայանը երեկվանից հացադուլ է հայտարարել և պահանջում է, որ իրեն ազատ արձակեն, կամ գոնե տնային կալանք տան։
SHAMSHYAN.com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում Ա․ Եսայանը ասաց․
«Երեխաս ունի կին, երկու երեխա՝ 1 և 2 տարեկան, բայց մի խաբեբայի պատճառով դարձել է անարդարության զոհ և գտնվում է Նուբարաշենի բանտում։ 2024 թվականին տղաս աշխատում էր՝ որպես տաքսու վարորդ, և կանչ են գրանցել Կասկադից, իսկ աղջկա անունը՝ Արփինե, և կանչից հետո նա սկսել է հանդիպել, շփվել այդ աղջկա հետ մոտ 8 ամիս։ Միասին տարբեր տեղեր են գնացել։ Արփինեն իմացել է, որ տղաս ունի կին և 2 երեխա ու շանտաժ է արել, որ կամ պետք է իր հետ ամուսնանա, կամ տղայիս համար լավ չի լինի։
Արփինեն տարիքով մեծ է, ծնողներ չունի, մի օր տղայիս կանչել է հյուրանոցում հանդիպման, դրանից հետո ոստիկանությանը բողոք է ներկայացրել, իբրև իրեն առևանգել է տղաս։
2024 թվականի օգոստոսի 2-ից բանտարկել են առանց հիմքերի և ապացույցների, դատը անընդմեջ հետաձգում են ու նորմալ որոշում չեն կայացնում արդեն 9 ամիս։ Տրամադրել են հանրային փաստաբան, որը կարելի է ասել ոչինչ չի ձեռնարկում։ Երբ զանգում ենք կամ չի պատասխանում, կամ ասում է, որ չի կարող գալ դատերին։ Մենք որ հնարավորություն չունենք փաստաբան վարձելու, նշանակում է՝ իմ տղան պետք է զրկվի ազատությունից»։
