ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանի շնորհավորական ուղերձը Երեխաների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրվա առթիվ

«Սիրելի՛ երեխաներ,

Շնորհավորում եմ Երեխաների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ։

Այս տոնն առանձնահատուկ հնարավորություն է՝ ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծելու, որ երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն ամենօրյա և շարունակական գործընթաց է, որը պահանջում է հետևողական, նպատակային և համատեղ ջանքեր։

Որպես Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան՝ իմ առաջնահերթություններից եմ համարում երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն ու խթանումը։ Կարևորում եմ յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի ձայնը լսելի դարձնելը, երեխաների ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը՝ իրենց առնչվող որոշումների կայացման գործընթացներում, կրթական, մշակութային, սոցիալական կյանքում։

Առավել քան երբևէ կարևոր է ներառական, խթանող և անվտանգ միջավայրի ստեղծումը, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուր երեխա կարող է արժանապատվորեն զարգանալ՝ հեռու բուլինգից, խտրականությունից, անհանդուրժողականությունից ու այլ բացասական երևույթներից։ Անհրաժեշտ է ձեռնարկել համապարփակ և արդյունավետ քայլեր՝ կրթական բարենպաստ միջավայր ձևավորելու և բոլոր երեխաների՝ ներառական զարգացմանը նպաստելու ուղղությամբ։

Հատուկ կարևորում եմ նաև այն երեխաների իրավունքների լիարժեք իրացումը, ովքեր բնակվում են մարզերում և հատկապես՝ սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերում։ Նրանց համար պետությունը պետք է իրականացնի մշտական խթանող միջոցառումներ և ունենա հստակ պետական քաղաքականություն, այդ թվում՝ կրթության, առողջության պահպանման, մշակութային միջոցառումներին մասնակցելու և հանգիստի իրավունքները երաշխավորելու համար։

Հարգելի՛ մեծահասակներ,

Ցանկանում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի օրինակելի վարքագծի դերակատարությունը երեխաների խնամքն ու դաստիարակությունը պատշաճ կազմակերպելու հարցում։ Մշտապես եմ նշում, որ երեխաները հաճախ մեզ չեն լսում, բայց հրաշալիորեն ընդօրինակում են։ Մեր ամենօրյա վարքագծով պետք է նպաստենք հարգալից, համերաշխ ու հանդուրժող միջավայրի ձևավորմանը։

Սիրելի՛ երեխաներ,

Եվս մեկ անգամ ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ այս գեղեցիկ տոնի կապակցությամբ։ Թող ձեր մանկության աշխարհում երբեք չպակասեն անկեղծ ժպիտը, սերը, երազելու համարձակությունն ու արժանապատիվ ապրելու հնարավորությունները»:
