Ռուսաստանյան զորքերը հրթիռային հարված են հասցրել Ուկրաինայի ԶՈՒ ցամաքային զորքերի ուսումնական ստորաբաժանմանը։ Կիևի ժամանակով ժամը 12:50-ի դրությամբ հայտնի է առնվազն 12 զոհի և ավելի քան 60 վիրավորի մասին, հայտնում է «Украинская правда»-ն։
Ըստ Ուկրաինայի ԶՈՒ ցամաքային զորքերի մամուլի քարտուղար Վիտալի Սարանցևի, նախնական տվյալներով ռուսաստանյան ուժերը հարված են հասցրել «Իսկանդերով»։
«Օդային տագնապի հայտարարման պահին ամբողջ անձնակազմը գտնվել է թաքստոցներում, բացառությամբ նրանց, ովքեր, հնարավոր է, չեն հասցրել այնտեղ հասնել։ Նախնական տվյալներով հայտնի է, որ դա «Իսկանդեր» է եղել, սակայն վերջնական տվյալները կլինեն այն բանից հետո, երբ փորձագետներն ուսումնասիրեն հարվածի վայրը»։
Նշվում է, որ օդային տագնապի ժամանակ անձնակազմի որևէ շարում կամ զանգվածային հավաք չի եղել։
«Ընդգծում ենք, որ անձնակազմի որևէ շարում կամ զանգվածային հավաք չի անցկացվել։ Օդային տագնապի ազդանշանի հայտարարումից հետո անձնակազմի մեծ մասը գտնվել է թաքստոցներում։ Տուժածներին անհրաժեշտ որակյալ բժշկական օգնություն է ցուցաբերվում»,- ասել է նա։
