1 միլիոն դրամի հավելում կտրամադրվի․ ովքեր են շահառուները

Դրամական միանվագ հավելում կտրամադրվի 100 տարին լրացած կենսաթոշակառուներին։ Նման նախագիծ է ներկայացրել Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը։

Նախագծով առաջարկվում է սահմանել, որ՝

  1. կենսաթոշակ կամ նպաստ ստանալու իրավունք ունեցող անձի 100 տարին լրանալու օրվան հաջորդող ամսվա կենսաթոշակի (նպաստի) հետ միաժամանակ վճարվում է միանվագ հավելում՝ 1000000 դրամի չափով,
  2. միանվագ հավելումը (այդ թվում՝ միանվագ հավելման չվճարված գումարը) վճարվելու է բացառապես անկանխիկ եղանակով՝ կենսաթոշակը (նպաստը) անկանխիկ եղանակով վճարման համար սահմանված կարգով,
  3. եթե 100 տարին լրացած անձը կենսաթոշակը (նպաստը) ստանում է կանխիկ եղանակով, ապա 1000000 դրամ հավելումը նրան կվճարվի կենսաթոշակի (նպաստի) վճարման եղանակը փոխելու (անկանխիկ եղանակով ստանալու) դեպքում,
  4. որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելու օրվա դրությամբ արդեն 100 տարին լրացած, կենսաթոշակ կամ նպաստ ստանալու իրավունք ունեցող և այն անկանխիկ եղանակով ստացող անձին 1000000 դրամի չափով միանվագ հավելումը վճարվելու է կենսաթոշակի և նպաստի՝ 2025 թվականի առաջիկա ամսվա վճարման ցուցակներով։ Իսկ եթե 100 տարին լրացած անձը կենսաթոշակը (նպաստը) ստանում է կանխիկ եղանակով, ապա հավելումը կվճարվի վճարման եղանակը փոխելուց հետո,
  5. միանվագ հավելում չի տրվելու այն անձանց, ովքեր Երևանի ավագանու որոշմամբ արդեն իսկ ստացել են 1000000 դրամ աջակցություն (այդ անձանց տվյալները տրամադրվելու են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից)։

Նախագիծը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացվել մայիսի 30-ին։
