Եկամուտների աճ, 250,000 դոլարի կրիպտոարժույթ, բաժնեմաս․ ինչ է հայտարարել ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Գուրգեն Արսենյանը

Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպան Գուրգեն Արսենյանը Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հաձնաժողով է ներկայացրել 2024 թվականի գույքի, եկամուտների և ծախսերի հայտարարագիրը։ Այս մասին գրում է 168.am-ը:
Ինչպես նախորդ տարի, Արսենյանը հայտարարագրել է 17 անշարժ գույք, այդ թվում՝ Արմավիրի մարզի Նոր Կեսարիա համայնքում հողամասը, Շիրակի մարզի Գյումրի համայնքում անհատական բնակելի տունը, հողամասը, Տավուշի մարզի Դիլիջան համայնքում հասարակական նշանակության շինությունը, Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում գտնվող հողամասը և անհատական բնակելի տունը, որոնք բոլորը տնօրինում է միանձնյա։ Ամբողջ գույքը, որի մասին պաշտոնյան նշել է հայտարարագրում, նա գնել է 1999-2015թթ․։
Ինչպես տարեսկզբին, այնպես էլ տարեվերջին նա պահպանել է իր 4 մեքենաները․ 2014 թվականին գնված 2014 թվականի արտադրության RANGE ROVER մակնիշի մեքենան, 2015 թվականին գնված ու դարձյալ նույն թվականի արտադրության Mercedes Benz մակնիշի մեքենան, 2019 թվականին գնած 2018 թվականի արտադրության Nissan մակնիշի մեքենան, 2020 թվականին գնած 2019 թվականի արտադրության Bentley-ի մակնիշի մեքենան։
2024 թվականին Գուրգեն Արսենյանը միլիոնավոր դրամ արժողությամբ իր բաժնետոմսերը համալրել է «Սայմա Ինք»-ից գնած բաժնեմասով, որի արժեք է նշվել 250,000 դոլարը։
Պաշտոնյայի՝ 4 միլիոն դրամից կամ դրան համարժեք արտարժույթից ավելի արժեք ունեցող գույքի ցանկում, որտեղ միլիոնավոր դրամներ արժեցող արծաթյա սպասքի, ննջասենյակի, հյուրասենյակի և ճաշասենյակի կահույքի, նկարների հավաքածուներ, ոսկյա ձուլակտորներ, հուշադրամներ, հեռադիտակ ու ժամացույց են ներառված, կա նաև 2024 թվականին Տրիո ինտերիերից 2,500,000 ռուբլիով գնված կահույքն ու Արտակ Հովհաննիսյանից գնված 250,000 դոլար արժողությամբ կրիպտոարժույթը։
ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանի կանխիկ միջոցները տարվա ընթացքում ունեցել են հետևյալ տեսքը․ տարեսկզբի 977,600 դոլարը տարեվերջին կազմել է 917,000 դոլար, 6,780,000 դրամը՝ 3,800,000 դրամ, 58,000 եվրոն՝ 42,000 եվրո, բանկային հաշիվները՝ տարեսկզբի 449,995.1 դոլարի փոխարեն՝ տարեվերջին կազմել են 54,825.51 դոլար։
Գուրգեն Արսենյանի հաշվետու տարվա եկամուտները նախորդ հայտարարագրում արձանագրվածի համեմատ՝ 2024 թվականին զգալիորեն աճել են՝ կազմելով 33 միլիոն 181,092.24 դրամ։
Այն գոյացել է «Յունիքորն Գրուպ» ՓԲԸ-ից ստացած 8,800,000դրամ և «ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն»-ից ստացած 17,846 դոլար այլ եկամուտներից, դարձյալ ԱԳՆ-ից ստացած՝ այս անգամ արդեն 884,060 դրամ աշխատանքի վարձատրությունից և/կամ դրան հավասարեցված այլ վճարումներից, «Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմ»-ից ստացած 6,676,316 դրամ աշխատանքի վարձատրությունից և/կամ դրան հավասարեցված այլ վճարումներից, «Յունիքորն Գրուպ» ՓԲԸ-ից ստացած 2,160,000 դրամ վարձակալության դիմաց ստացված վճարից և նույն ՓԲԸ-ից ստացած պաշտպանված 7,800,000 դրամ շահաբաժնից։
