ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի և ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից ձեռնարկված համատեղ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով կատարված նախաքննությամբ բացահատվել է Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի երկու պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից կաշառք ստանալու դեպք:
Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ վերը նշված անձինք, զբաղեցնելով Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմի համապատասխան բաժնի առաջատար մասնագետների պաշտոնը և տեղյակ լինելով Երևանում գործող զվարճանքի կենտրոնի՝ գիշերային ժամերին աշխատելու թույլտվության բացակայության ու 1 մլն ՀՀ դրամի չափով տեղական տուրքը վճարած չլինելու մասին, հիշյալ կենտրոնի ներկայացուցչի օգտին հովանավորչության և ապօրինի անգործության համար կաշառք են պահանջել նրանից: Մասնավորապես՝ պաշտոնատար անձինք որևէ միջոց չեն ձեռնարկել իրավախախտումն արձանագրելու նպատակով և օրենքով սահմանված համապատասխան վճարումները կատարած չլինելու պայմաններում 1 տարվա ընթացքում զվարճանքի կենտրոնի գործունեությանը չխոչընդոտելու համար 2025 թվականի ապրիլի 15-ին կենտրոնի ներկայացուցչից պահանջել են 600.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք:
2025 թվականի ապրիլի 19-ին իրականացված «կաշառք ստանալու և կաշառք տալու նմանակում» գաղտնի քննչական գործողության արդյունքում հիշյալ պաշտոնատար անձանցից մեկը 600.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառքը ստանալու պահին բռնվել և ձերբակալվել է, որից հետո կատարված խուզարկությամբ նրա մոտից հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել է կաշառքի առարկա հանդիսացող գումարը:
Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի երկու պաշտոնատար անձանց մեղադրանք է ներակայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 435-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով: Նրանցից մեկի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել տնային կալանքը, իսկ մյուսի նկատմամբ՝ կալանքը:
Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել են հսկող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:
Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
