«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունն առաջարկում է փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարել կառավարության 2024 թ. օգոստոսի 22-ի N 1392-Լ որոշման մեջ։ Նախագծի ընդունումը պայմանավորված է «Մեղվաբուծության զարգացման փորձնական ծրագիրը» լավարկելու և ծրագրում ներառված որոշ դրույթներ հստակեցնելու անհրաժեշտությամբ։ Ծրագրի համաձայն, շահառուն և մեղվափեթակներ (մեղվաընտանիքների հետ միասին) վաճառողը պետք է ունենա անհատ ձեռնարկատիրոջ կամ իրավաբանական անձի կարգավիճակ, մինչդեռ վերջիններս գործարքի պահին չունեն «գործող» կարգավիճակ, ուստի անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել հստակեցնել այդ դրույթը։ Ծրագրում սահմանված է միայն մեղվափեթակում առկա շրջանակների թիվը, սակայն կենսունակ մեղվաընտանիք ձեռք բերելու համար անհրաժեշտ է սահմանել նաև դրանց բնութագրերը (երկկողմանի մեղվապատված, ձվադրած, թրթուրապատ կամ հարսնյակապատ, մայր մեղվի տարիք)։
Մեղվաբուծության ոլորտում ներկայումս իրականացվող քաղաքականությունը միտված է նոր մեղվանոցների ձևավորմանը, առկա մեղվանոցների ընդլայնմանը, ճյուղի արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը և առկա բնատնտեսական ներուժի լիարժեք օգտագործմանը։ Այս նպատակով կառավարությունն իրականացնում է պետական աջակցության ծրագիր, որի շրջանակներում փոխհատուցվում է շահառուների կողմից ձեռք բերված մեղվաընտանիքների (մեղվափեթակների հետ միասին) արժեքի 50 տոկոսը։
Նախագծի ընդունման արդյունքում շահառուները հնարավորություն կունենան ձեռք բերել առավել կենսունակ մեղվաընտանիքներ, կդյուրացվի փաստաթղթաշրջանառության գործընթացը, մեղվափեթակները կհաշվառվեն համայնքների տնտեսությունների գրքերում, դրա շնորհիվ մեղվափեթակների վերաբերյալ կհավաքագրվի առավել ստույգ տեղեկատվություն, ինչպես նաև կհստակեցվի մոնիթորինգի գործընթացը:
