Օկլահոմայի նահանգի համալսարանի ամերիկացի մասնագետ Սուբհաշ Կակը կանխատեսել է ապագայի ապշեցուցիչ սցենար. մինչեւ 2300թ. աշխարհի բնակչությունը կարող է կրճատվել ներկայիս 8 միլիարդից մինչեւ ընդամենը 100 միլիոն մարդու, եւ դրա մեղավորը կլինի արհեստական բանականությունը։

«Դա կործանարար կլինի հասարակության համար։ Ես չեմ կարծում, թե մարդիկ նույնիսկ գիտակցում են, թե ինչ է սպասվում»,- նշել է պրոֆեսորը The Sun-ի հարցազրույցում։ Ըստ «Արհեստական բանականության դարաշրջանը» գրքի հեղինակի՝ խոսքը միջուկային պատերազմի կամ մեքենաների ապստամբության մասին չէ՝ «Տերմինատորի» ոճով։ Ավելի սարսափելի է մարդկանց լիակատար փոխարինումը մասնագիտություններում։ «Համակարգիչներն ու ռոբոտները գիտակից չեն դառնա, բայց կկարողանան անել գրեթե ամեն ինչ, ինչ անում ենք մենք։ Բայց չէ՞ որ մեր առօրյա կյանքի մեծ մասը կարող է ավտոմատացվել»,- բացատրել է գիտնականը։

Արհեստական բանականությունը կզրկի մարդկությանը իմաստից եւ սերունդներից

Ինչպես պնդում է Կակը, արդեն այժմ շատ ոլորտներում՝ իրավագիտությունից մինչեւ կրթություն եւ անգամ ռոմանտիկ հարաբերություններ, ԱԲ-ը դուրս է մղում մարդուն։ Դա կհանգեցնի ծնելիության մակարդակի անկման, քանի որ ավելի շատ մարդիկ կասկածի տակ կդնեն, թե արդյոք արժե երեխաներ ունենալ մի աշխարհում, որտեղ նրանք կարող են տեղ կամ իմաստ չունենալ կյանքում։

 «Շատերը պարզապես հրաժարվում են երեխա ունենալու մտքից, քանի որ երեխա մեծացնելը թանկ է, իսկ ապագան՝ անորոշ»,- նշել է փորձագետը։ Նրա հաշվարկներով, եթե այս միտումը շարունակվի, ապա 2300-2380թթ. մոլորակի վրա կմնա ոչ ավելի, քան 100 միլիոն մարդ՝ մոտավորապես Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ներկայիս բնակչության թիվը։ Լոնդոնի եւ Նյու Յորքի նման խոշոր քաղաքները կվերածվեն դատարկ ուրվական-մեգապոլիսների։

 Ինչպես նա պնդում է, սա վարկած չէ, այլ արդեն դիտարկված գործընթաց. «Մարդիկ արդեն դադարել են ծննդաբերել։ Եվրոպայում, Չինաստանում, Ճապոնիայում ծնելիության մակարդակը նվազում է, բայց ամենաարագ անկումն այժմ տեղի է ունենում Հարավային Կորեայում»։ Նա ավելացրել է, որ այս միտումը շրջելը չափազանց դժվար կլինի. «Ծննդաբերության դրդապատճառները այդ թվում սոցիալական են։ Բայց եթե ենթագիտակցության մեջ ապագայի հանդեպ հավատ չկա, ընտանիք կազմելու ցանկություն չի առաջանում»։

Փրկությունը՝ տիեզերքի գաղութացման մե՞ջ է

Պրոֆեսորը հղում է կատարել Իլոն Մասկին, որը բազմիցս զգուշացրել է ժողովրդագրական աղետի մասին եւ առաջ է քաշել մարդկությանը այլ մոլորակներում վերաբնակեցնելու գաղափարը։ «Մասկն ասում է, որ գուցե մենք պետք է գաղութացնենք տիեզերքը, որպեսզի եթե Երկրի վրա աղետ լինի, մարդկությունը կարողանա գոյատեւել եւ նորից սկսել»,- հայտնել է Կակը։ «Ես չգիտեմ՝ մարդկությունը կանհետանա՞, թե՞ ոչ։ Բայց միանգամայն պարզ է, որ բնակչության անկումն արդեն սկսվել է, եւ դա տեղի է ունենում մեր աչքերի առաջ»։
