ՀՔԾ-ն հերքել է Արտակ Գալստյանի մասին մամուլում արված հրապարակումները

Ոսկու վերամշակման գործունեությամբ զբաղվող «Գեոպրոմայնինգ գոլդ» ՍՊ ընկերությունից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով ոսկու պարունակությամբ հանքանյութի գաղտնի հափշտակության դեպքի առթիվ 2015 թվականի հունիսի 2-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում գողություն կատարելու համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Բագրատ Ա.-ին և Լևոն Ս.-ին և վերջիններիս նկատմամբ, դատարանի որոշմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է կալանավորումը:
Քրեական գործի հետագա քննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ առերևույթ հանցագործությանը մասնակցություն են ունեցել պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձինք, հետևապես քրեական գործը ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 190-րդ հոդվածի կարգով ըստ քննչական ենթակայության 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 29-ին ուղարկվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն և նույն օրն ընդունվել է վարույթ:
ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում կատարված նախաքննության ընթացքում գողությանը մասնակցություն ունենալու կասկածանքով ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա ձեռնարկվել են միջոցառումներ հիշյալ ՍՊ ընկերության արտադրության պետ Արտակ Գալստյանին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ, մինչդեռ վերջինս չի հայտնաբերվել:
Մամուլում վերջին օրերին հրապարակված այն տեղեկությունները, որ «տևական ժամանակ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում Արտակ Գալստյանին տարել-բերել են և պահանջել անուններ ասել, մյուս կողմից էլ` սպառնացել են», իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում: Ավելին՝ Արտակ Գալստյանը ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն երբևէ չի ներկայացել, չի հարցաքննվել և նրա մասնակցությամբ քննչական որևէ գործողություն չի կատարվել:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
