Ինչպես է բարի գործը հավասար հնարավորություններ ստեղծում տեսողության խնդիրներ ունեցողների համար

Երեւանի Կույրերի մշակույթի տան բարելավված պայմանների շնորհիվ վերջին տարիներին մեծացել է այստեղ օրվա ազատ ժամերն անցկացնող՝ տեսողական խնդիրներ ունեցողների թիվը։ 7 տարի առաջ գործարար, բարերար Արա Աբրահամյանի միջոցներով շենքը վերանորոգվել է, ստեղծվել ավելի հարմարավետ միջավայր այցելուների համար։

«Ամեն ինչ քարուքանդ էր։ Առաջին հարկ ընդհանրապես չկար, հացի փուռ էր»,– հիշում է Լուսինեն, որը տասը տարուց ավելի շաբաթվա մեծ մասն անցկացնում է Կույրերի մշակույթի տանը։

Տեսողական խնդիրներ ունեցողներին Մշակույթի տունն օգնում է նոր հմտություններ ձեռք բերել, ավելի հեշտ հաղթահարել առօրյա խնդիրները եւ իրենց հասարակության լիարժեք անդամ զգալ։

Սոցիալականացման կարեւոր խնդիրը լուծելուց բացի Մշակույթի տունը փորձում է նաեւ լուծումներ գտնել տեսողության խնդիրներ ունեցողների հիմնախնդիրների համար։ Օրինակ, վերջերս բժիշկների ներգրավվածությամբ ստեղծել են կույրերի համար նախատեսված ուղեցույց բժշկական ծառայություններից օգտվելու պրակտիկ խորհուրդներով։

42-ամյա Լուսինեն, որն ի ծնե կուրություն ունի, ասում է՝ սահմանափակումներ ունեցող անձանց խղճալ պետք չէ, նրանց թեւեր պետք է տալ՝ ինքնուրույն թռիչքի համար։

Հայաստանում պաշտոնական տվյալով տեսողության խնդիրներով պայմանավորված 1-ին եւ 2-րդ կարգի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող 1200 մարդ է հաշվառված։ Երեւանում նրանց թիվը 300-ից ավելի է։ Առավելագույնը, որը պետությունը կարողանում է անել նրանց համար, հաշմանադամության չնչին թոշակն է, որը նույնիսկ նրանց առօրյա ծախսերին չի բավականացնում։ Ֆինանսական խնդիրներից բացի Հայաստանում ապրող հաշմանդամություն ունեցողներն առաջին հերթին հավասար հնարավորությունների խնդիր ունեն՝ ազատ տեղաշարժվելուց մինչեւ սովորելու եւ աշխատելու իրենց իրավունքը իրացնելու դժվարություններ։ Մշակույթի այս տան եռուզեռը ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչպես է առողջանում հասարակությունը, երբ անտարբեր չեն մարդիկ, հատկապես նրանք, ովքեր ունեն փոփոխություններ բերելու հնարավորություններ։
