ՀՀ-ում ավելի քան 860,000 քաղաքացուց միայն 54,000-ն է լրացրել հայտարարագիր։ Մոտ 806,000 մարդ բոյկոտում և մերժում է հայտարարագրման համակարգը։ Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է «Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Նաիրի Սարգսյանը:
«Այս պարտադրված օրենքը ոչ թե թափանցիկության, այլ վախի ու ճնշման գործիք է, որը հանգեցնում է հարկային տեռորի և չհարկվող եկամուտների հարկման։ Վերջին շրջանում բազմաթիվ ահազանգեր ենք ստացել, որ պետական համակարգի աշխատողներին ստիպում են հայտարարագիր լրացնել՝ նրանց համար սահմանելով վերջնաժամկետներ և վախեցնելով տարբեր հետևանքներով։
Հարգելի քաղաքացիներ, «Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնությունը շարունակում է «Դեմ եմ հայտարարագրմանը» ակցիան։ Մենք լիակատար աջակցություն ենք հայտնում բոլոր այն քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր այս հարցում բախվում են սպառնալիքների, հարկադրանքի կամ աշխատանքից հեռացման վտանգի։
