Փաշինյանն այսօր ի վիճակի չէ օրակարգ թելադրել. նա այսօր ՀՀ-ի ամենախոցելի անձն է: Այս մասին տեսաուղերձում ասել է ՀՀ նախկին արտգործնախարար Վարդան Օսկանյանը:
«Հարց՝ քաղաքական դիակը ո՞նց կարող է օրակարգ թելադրել։ Եկեք փոխենք այս մոտեցումը, ինչի՞ ենք Փաշինյանին այդքան արժեք տալիս, իսկապես Փաշինյանն այսօր ի վիճակի չէ օրակարգ թելադրել։ Ինչպես կարող է մի մարդ, որն ընդամենը սոցիալական հարցումներում 10-ից լավագույն դեպքում 15 տոկոս հեղինակություն ունի, մի մարդ, ով մեր ժողովրդի գլխին պատերազմ է բերել, պարտվել, հազարավոր զոհեր է տվել, ՀՀ-ից տարածքներ է հանձնել, երկիրը ծանր վիճակի մեջ է դրել, տնտեսությունը քայքայված վիճակի մեջ է դրել, ներսում բաժանումներ են, իշխանությունները թաթախված են բոլոր տեսակի չարաշահումների մեջ հենց բյուջեից, և այդ բոլորի ղեկավարը ո՞նց կարա օրակարագ թելադրի։ Ցանկացած հարց, որը Փաշինյանը բարձրացնում է, այդ հարցը, որը մենք խորանանք, կնկատենք, որ Փաշինյանն ընդամենը իրեն թելադրած օրակարգը հակադրում է, ինքը պաշտպանվում է: Նա այսօր ՀՀ-ի ամենախոցելի անձն է, նա խնդիր ունի իր իշխանությունը պահելու»,-ասել է Օսկանյանը:
Օսկանյանը շեշտել է, որ Փաշինյանն ոչ թե օրակարգ է թելադրում, այլ դա պաշտպանություն է: Եվ նա պարզապես ընտրել է «հարձակումը լավագույն պաշտպանությունն է» մեթոդիկան։
Նա որպես օրինակ բերեց եկեղեցու դեմ ոտնձգությունները. «Օրակարգն այնտեղ թելադրել է Հայոց հայրապետը՝ իր ելույթով, Ղարաբաղի հարցում օրակարգ է թելադրում Արցախի խորհրադարանի կողմից ստեղծված հանձնաժողովը, օրակարգ է թելադրում ՀՀ քաղաքացին՝ փողոցում տված իր հարցազրույցով, երբ հակադրվում է Փաշինյանին, ամեն մի քաղաքական ուժ, որը քննադատում է Փաշինյանին:
Այսօր դուք եք օրակարգ թելադրում, Փաշինյանը չի կարող օրակարգ թելադրել, փոխեք այս մոտեցումը։ Եթե ուզում ենք իսկապես պայքարենք ու շուտ հաղթենք, մեր մոտեցումը պետք է փոխենք։ Փաշինյանին դրեք իր իսկական տեղը, նա ընդամենը իր անգործությունով պաշտպանվում է»,-ասաց Օսկանյանը։
