«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, ներկայում բավական բարդ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել շինարարության, վերանորոգման ու կահույքագործության նյութերի ներմուծման և վաճառքի ոլորտում: Բանն այն է, որ հիմնական առաջատար ընկերությունները կանգնած են լուրջ դժվարությունների առջև, իսկ պատճառն անբարեխիղճ մրցակցությունն է:
Խնդիրը վերաբերում է նրան, որ մի շարք ընկերություններ փաստացի շրջանցում են օրենքները, ներմուծումն իրականացնում են ոչ թե իրական, այլ նվազեցված կեղծ գներով, մյուս կողմից՝ կան տեղեկություններ, որ ՀԴՄ կտրոն չեն տրամադրում կամ տրամադրում են ոչ ամբողջական արժեքի արձանագրմամբ: Իրական եկամուտները թաքցվում են նաև կանխիկ շրջանառության մեծ ծավալներով: Արդյունքում նրանք ապահովում են ոչ տրամաբանական անհամեմատ ցածր գին, որի հետ այս պարագայում դժվարանում են մրցակցել օրինական դաշտում գործող կազմակերպությունները:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս թեմայի հետ կապված ոչ միայն լուրջ ուսումնասիրություններ են սկսվել ՊԵԿ-ում, այլև նույնիսկ Քննչական կոմիտեում նախաձեռնված է քրեական վարույթ: Կան տեղեկություններ, որ հարցը կարող է քննարկվել նաև Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովում: Այնպես որ, առաջիկայում կարող են հետաքրքիր բացահայտումներ լինել: Ի վերջո, այս պարագայում տուժում են ոչ միայն օրինապաշտ ընկերությունները, այլև պետությունը՝ չստացված բավական լուրջ հարկերի առումով:
