Այսօր՝ հունիսի 7-ին, նշվում է Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության համաշխարհային օրը։ Սա ևս մեկ հնարավորություն է ընդգծելու սննդամթերքի անվտանգության բացառիկ նշանակությունը հանրության առողջության, տնտեսական կայունության և հասարակության բարեկեցության ապահովման գործում։ Այդ մասին ասված է էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանի Ֆեյսբուքի էջում:

«ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը, որպես սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական քաղաքականության ձևավորման պատասխանատու մարմին, իր առջև նպատակ է դրել կառուցել սննդամթերքի անվտանգության գիտելիքահեն համակարգ:

Սննդամթերքի անվտանգությունն այսօր առավել քան երբևէ համաշխարհային մարտահրավեր է և դրա ապահովումը հնարավոր է միայն համատեղ ջանքերով՝ պետական կառույցների, գիտական հանրության, սննդի արդյունաբերության և հասարակության համագործակցության շնորհիվ։ Գիտական մոտեցումների կիրառումն արտադրության բոլոր փուլերում՝ դաշտից մինչև պատառաքաղ, գրավականն է որակյալ, անվտանգ և վստահելի սննդամթերքի։

Շնորհավորում եմ սննդի շղթայում գործող բոլոր տնտեսավարողներին և բոլոր նրանց, որոնք իրենց առօրյա աշխատանքով նպաստում են անվտանգ սննդամթերքի ապահովմանը և կոչ անում՝ մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ մոտենալ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության բոլոր փուլերին՝ արտադրությունից մինչև վաճառք։

Մեր յուրաքանչյուրի քայլը կարող է վճռորոշ լինել հանրային առողջության պաշտպանության և վստահության ամպրապնդման հարցում։

Մաղթում ենք ամուր առողջություն, անվտանգ սնունդ և շարունակական առաջընթաց՝ հիմնված գիտության ու պատասխանատվության վրա»,- նշված է գրառման մեջ։
