Երևանի կենտրոնում՝ Հյուսիսային պողոտա, Աբովյան, Տերյան, Թումանյան փողոցների հատվածում, արդեն մեկ տարուց ավելին, մի տղամարդ անընդհատ հետապնդում է, քաշքշում տարբեր կանանց և աղջիկների, ձեռքով հպվում է նրանց մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, նրանց հասցեին հնչեցնում է հայհոյանքներ, անում է անպարկեշտ առաջարկներ։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է փաստաբան Րաֆֆի Ասլանյանը։

«Ինքս անցնելիս երկու անգամ միջամտել եմ, երբ ահաբեկված ինձ են դիմել տուժողները, վերջին անգամ նրանց թվում նաև երկու անչափահաս աղջիկներ էին: Երկու դեպքում էլ այդ տղամարդը փախուստի դիմեց։ Ահազանգել եմ ոստիկանություն, տևական ժամանակ որևէ մեկը չի մոտեցել, ապա հեռախոսազանգով պնդել են, որ իբրև թե ժամանել են նշված վայր, սակայն հնարավոր չի եղել հայտնաբերել հանցագործին՝ այդքան տեսախցիկների առկայության պայմաններում։ Նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, ինքս ներկայացել եմ, ցուցմունք տվել, նկարագրել տեսածս, բացատրել եմ, որ նմաններին պետք է բացահայտել, մեկուսացնել, քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկել։ Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնում տեղեկացա, որ այլ ահազանգեր ևս կան, բայց կարծես ոչինչ չի փոխվել, քանի որ նույն տղամարդուն օրեր առաջ ավտոմեքենայի պատուհանից դարձյալ տեսա Մանթաշյան փողոցում՝ կանանց հետևից վազելիս։

Հ.Գ. Հանցավորության դեմ պայքարը վաղուց ձախողած ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից որևէ ակնկալիք իհարկե չկա, բայց քաղաքացիները նման դեպքերում իրենց վարքագծով պետք է ակտիվ լինեն»,– գրել է Ասլանյանը։
