2024 թվականի ընթացքում ամբողջ իրավապահ համակարգի աշխատանքի և համագործակցության ինտենսիվացման արդյունքում ապօրինի շրջանառությունից դուրս է բերվել շուրջ 426 կգ թմրամիջոց, որը շուրջ 200 կգ-ով ավելի է, քան 2023 թվականին:

Այս մասին ասել է ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը:

«Եթե համադրենք 2025 թվականի առաջին մի քանի ամիսների տվյալները, ապա արդեն իսկ հասցրել ենք համատեղ ուժերով դուրս բերել 173 կգ թմրամիջոց ընդհանուր շրջանառությունից՝ կրկին թիրախավորելով հատկապես ներմուծման պրոցեսը»,- ասել է նախարարը:

Նա նշել է նաև թմրամիջոցների և հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի ոչ բժշկական նպատակներով գործածման և ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի ռազմավարության 3 ռազմավարական նպատակները՝

1) թմրամիջոցների և հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի ոչ բժշկական նպատակներով գործածման կանխարգելում.

2) թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի, դրանց պրեկուրսորների, պատրաստուկների, համարժեք նյութերի (անալոգների) և ածանցյալների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքար.

3) թմրամիջոցներ կամ հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութեր գործածող անձանց ապացուցահեն, էթիկական, գենդերազգայուն բժշկական օգնության, վերականգնման և վերաինտեգրման, ինչպես նաև հանրային առողջության պահպանման ապահովում։

Ռազմավարական փաստաթուղթը ներառում է 13 ուղղություն՝ ներառյալ կրթության, առողջապահության, իրավապահ համակարգի կարողությունների հզորացում, ծնողների և ուսուցիչների, ԶԼՄ-ների ու շահառու խմբերի հետ ուղղորդված աշխատանք։ Կարևոր շեշտադրում է դրվում մարդու՝ որպես անհատի հանդեպ վերաբերմունքի վրա։

«Թմրամիջոց օգտագործողին չպիտի վերաբերվենք որպես հերթական վիճակագրական թիվ։ Մենք գործ ունենք մարդ-անհատի հետ, որի հետ պետք է անհատական, հետևողական աշխատանք տարվի՝ բուժումից մինչև սոցիալական ինտեգրում և վերադարձ հանրային կյանք՝ առանց պիտակավորման»,- ընդգծել է Արփինե Սարգսյանը։
