Ղրղզստանի նախկին նախագահն առաջարկել է իրեն դատել Հաագայում

Ղրղզստանի նախկին նախագահ Ալմազբեկ Աթամբաևը, որին Բիշքեկի դատարանը հեռակա դատապարտել էր, այդ դատավճիռը որակել է հանրապետության իշխանությունների կողմից հալածանք։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է Sputnik Ղրղզստան պորտալի թելեգրամյան ալիքը, պետության նախկին ղեկավարը երկրի ներկայիս ղեկավարությանը առաջարկել է իր գործը քննարկել Հաագայի Միջազգային քրեական դատարանում (ՄՔԴ):
«Ես պատրաստ եմ անձամբ ներկայանալ նրա առջև և պատասխան տալ ինձ առաջադրված բոլոր մեղադրանքների համար՝ քաղաքականից մինչև քրեական։ Եթե կառավարությունը վստահ է, որ առաջնորդվում է արդարադատությամբ, ապա միջազգային դատարանից չպետք է վախենա։ Եվ եթե Հաագան ինձ մեղավոր ճանաչի, ես պատրաստ եմ ցանկացած պատիժ կրել բանտում», -հայտարարել է Աթամբաևը։
Նա հավելել է, որ դրա համար Ղրղզստանը պետք է վավերացնի Հռոմի կանոնադրությունը, իսկ գործող իշխանությունները երկրի գլխավոր դատախազությանը պետք է հանձնարարեն դիմել ՄՔԴ:
Ավելի վաղ Բիշքեկի Պերվոմայսկի շրջանային դատարանը Ղրղզստանի նախկին նախագահ Ալմազբեկ Աթամբաևին հեռակա դատապարտել էր 11,5 տարվա ազատազրկման։ Պետության նախկին ղեկավարը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել մի շարք հանցագործություններ կատարելու, այդ թվում՝ 2019 թվականին Բիշքեկի մոտ գտնվող Կոյ-Տաշ գյուղում զանգվածային անկարգություններ կազմակերպելու մեջ։ Այնուհետև տեղական անվտանգության ուժերը փորձել են ձերբակալել երկրի նախկին նախագահին նրա նստավայրում, սակայն հանդիպել են Աթամբաևի կողմնակիցների դիմադրությանը, որոնց հետ նրանք զինված բախման մեջ են մտել։ Նախկին նախագահն ինքը զենքով բարիկադավորվեց սենյակներից մեկում, բայց արդյունքում հանձնվել է։
