Իրանագետ Արտյոմ Տոնոյանը գրում է․

«Այս շարքը ներկայացնում է իրական իրավիճակն Արցախում՝ ցույց տալով այն ամենը, ինչը հնարավոր չէ գտնել Ադրբեջանի պետական հեռուստաընկերությունների եթերներն ու իշխանական կայքերի բովանդակությունը ուսումնասիրելով։ Արցախից բռնազավթված տարածքներում ադրբեջանցիների կողմից իրականացվող բնակեցումների վերաբերյալ քննարկումներին հետևելիս ակնհայտ է մի քանի խնդիր, որոնց մարդիկ բախվում են՝

1) Գյուղերը վերակառուցվում են քաղաքային հատակագծերով, հետևաբար դրանցում տրվող տներում բնակվող մարդիկ չունեն հնարավորություն ոչ անասնապահությամբ զբաղվելու, ոչ էլ գյուղատնտեսությամբ պարապելու։
2) Նախկին գյուղերը միավորվում են մեկ գյուղի մեջ կամ միացվում են քաղաքներին՝ ստանալով լրիվ այլ անուններ, իսկ դա հետո դառնում է խնդիր՝ սեփականության իրավունքի համար պայքարող մարդկանց համար։
3) Տների բաշխումը կատարվում է անարդար համակարգով, ծանոթ-բարեկամով ու փողով, որի հետևանքով նույն այդ հողերի բռնազավթմանը մասնակցած ու սպանված մարդկանց ընտանիքները չեն կարողանում տուն ստանալ։
4) Սոցցանցային բաց քննարկումներում ակնհայտ է ծայրահեղ կաշկանդվածություն խնդիրների մասին խոսելիս, և ամեն երկրորդ բառն ու արտահայտությունը վերաբերում է նրան, որ զգույշ խոսենք, ամեն բան չասենք, որովհետև թշնամին նստած մեզ է լսում։ Այս տեսահոլովակում Լաչինի նախկին բնակիչը խոստովանում է, որ մինչև 1930-ական թվականները այդ տարածքի գյուղերը չեն ունեցել թյուրքական անուններ։

Գյուղերը եղել են կամ էթնիկական հիմքով անուններ (քրդական) կամ այնպիսի անվանումներ, որոնք իրենց լեզվի՝ ադրբեջաներենի հետ ոչ մի կապ չունեն և անհասկանալի են իրենց համար (հայկական)։

Նաև խոստովանում է, որ խորհրդային տարիներին Բերձորում արխիվի շրջանային վարչության պետը եղել է հայ, և հենց ինքն է տիրապետել գյուղերի հին ու նոր անվանումների մասին ամբողջական տեղեկատվության։ Շարքի առաջին մասը տես այս հղման տակ։ Շարունակելի»։
