Գերմանիայի դաշնային ոստիկանությունը պետք է զինվի էլեկտրաշոկերներով, Funke Mediengruppe պարբերականին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Գերմանիայի ՆԳՆ ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր Դոբրինդտը։

«Համոզված եմ, որ մեր ոստիկանության կողմից էլեկտրաշոկերների օգտագործումը բացարձակապես անհրաժեշտ է», - նշել է Դոբրինդտը։

Ըստ նրա, ինքը կհետևի, որպեսզի իրավապահները «արագորեն զինվեն DEIG-երով, և որպեսզի անհրաժեշտ իրավական բազան այս տարի օպերատիվ կերպով գործի դրվի»։

Նախարարը ցանկանում է միջոցներ հատկացնել հեռահար էլեկտրաիմպուլսային սարքերի (DEIG) գնման համար, հստակեցրել է AFP գործակալությունը։

Ըստ Դոբրինդտի, սա «հասարակական վայրերում ոստիկանության համար աճող սպառնալիքին արձագանքելու համար տեղին միջոց է»․ DEIG-ի գործողության շառավիղը «գտնվում է մահակի՝ որպես մերձամարտի զենքի, և ատրճանակի՝ որպես հեռահար զենքի, միջև»։ Ըստ գերատեսչության ղեկավարի, միջոցն իդեալական է ոստիկանների վրա սառը զենքով հարձակվողներին հակազդելու համար, գրում է «Немецкая волна»-ն։

Գերմանացի ոստիկանների արհմիությունը (GDP) ողջունել է նախաձեռնությունը։

«Բարձրացված վտանգի պայմաններում, հատկապես երկաթուղային կայարաններում, ինչպես վերջերս Համբուրգում (որտեղ հոգեկան հիվանդության նշաններով կինը դանակով հարձակում էր գործել - խմբ․), այս սարքերը կարևոր օպերատիվ գործիք են», - Rheinische Post թերթին հայտարարել է արհմիության նախագահ Անդրեաս Ռոսկոպֆը։
