Պարագլխի միակ քաղաքական կապիտալը համատարած ներքին ատելությունն է բոլորի նկատմամբ` եկեղեցուց մինչև իրեն պատգամավոր դարձրած առաջին նախագահ: Նրա հեղաշրջումն ու յոթնամյա կառավարումը ևս բացառապես ատելության հենքի վրա էր կառուցված` որպես մի ավերիչ ուժի, ոչ թե շարժում էր հանուն որևէ բանի:

Եթե մինչև վերջերս հեղաշրջման պտուղները վայելում էր հասարակության տականքը, հիմա արդեն նրանք էլ են սոցիալապես քաշված, և միակ շահառուն բացառապես իր ընտանեկան կլանն է, մեկ էլ Էրդողանն ու Ալիևը:
Պարագլուխը Հայաստանում ունի մեկ թշնամի՝ միտքը, մտածողությունն ու բովանդակությունը: Մտքի բացակայությունը նա հասցրել է կատարելության:

Սեփական պատկերացումներին համապատասխան ալիևյան ենթապետություն ունենալու համար պետք է փոշիացնել այն ամենը, ինչը կարող է վտանգավոր լինել նրա համար: Այդ իսկ պատճառով ամենածանր հարվածները հասցվում են միտք ծնող ոլորտներին՝ գյուղատնտեսությանը, կրթությանը, գիտությանը, մշակույթին, եկեղեցուն:

Հայաստանում չի կարող լինել մի քաղաքական օրակարգ, որը դուրս է պատերազմի և դրա հետևանքների քննարկումից: Մյուս բոլոր օրակարգերը բարոյականության և մտքի արտադրության տեսակետից կեղծ օրակարգեր են: Վարչախմբի պարտադրած օրակարգը բարոյականության, արժեհամակարգի, քաղաքական նորմերի հետ որևէ կապ չունի: Նրա օրակարգը Հայաստանն իր պատկերացումների համաձայն ձևելն է, որում Արցախը բեռ է, Ալիևն էլ` Կովկասի փոխարքա:
