Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը Հայաստանի կինոգործիչների հետ քննարկել է կինոոլորտին տրվող պետական աջակցությանը, օրենսդրական փոփոխություններին վերաբերող հարցեր

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը հանդիպել է Հայաստանի կինոգործիչների հետ: Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները, դրանց լուծմանը վերաբերող առաջարկներն ու հնարավոր ուղիները: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ԿԳՄՍՆ Հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունը:
Հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Դանիել Դանիելյանը, Հայաստանի կինոգործիչների միության նախագահ Հարություն Խաչատրյանը և Հայաստանի կինոյի հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Դավիթ Բանուչյանը:
Նախարար ժաննա Անդրեասյանը ողջունել է ներկաներին և նշել, որ հանդիպման նպատակը ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների հետ առկա խնդիրների քննարկումն է:
«Կառավարությունը լուրջ առաջնահերթություն է դիտարկում կինոարտադրության ոլորտի զարգացումը: Մեր քայլերը պետք է միտված լինեն կինոարտադրության զարգացմանը՝ որպես առանձին ինքնաբավ ճյուղի: Այդ նպատակով անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում ստեղծել հնարավորություններ՝ ապահովելով նաև պետական հոգածություն բոլոր այն ուղղություններով, որոնցում դրա կարիքը կա:
Պետք է չմոռանանք նաև կինոարտադրության՝ որպես տնտեսության առանձին ճյուղի ընկալման կարևորությունը: Մեր քաղաքականությունն այդ իմաստով պետք է հավասարակշռված լինի, և պետական հոգածությունը պետք է խթանի ոլորտի զարգացումը», - նշել է նախարարը՝ կինոգործիչներին առաջարկելով ներկայացնել բոլոր հարցերն ու խնդիրները՝ համատեղ քննարկելու և միասնական լուծումներ փնտրելու նպատակով:
Քննարկման առանցքային թեմաները վերաբերել են կինեմատոգրաֆիայի ոլորտի պետական ֆինանսավորմանը, մասնավորապես՝ դրամական աջակցության մրցույթների կազմակերպման և անցկացման կանոնակարգին, կինոոլորտին տրվող պետական աջակցությանը, օրենսդրական փոփոխություններին և այլ հարցերի:
Նախարարը ներկաների հետ հանգամանորեն քննարկել է վերոնշյալ հարցերի շրջանակը և առաջարկել ձևավորել մասնագիտական աշխատանքային խումբ՝ համատեղ քննարկելու իրավական ակտերի փոփոխության նախագծերը և կինոոլորտին առնչվող այլ հարցեր:
