«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Պետք չէ մտածել, որ բոլոր ալկոհոլային խմիչքները արդեն իսկ հորինված են մեր նախապապերի կողմից, իսկ մեր ժամանակներում մնացել է միայն դրանք կատարելագործել։ Իրականում «զրոյից»՝ լրիվ նոր բաղադրատոմսեր են հորինվում նույնիսկ հիմա։

Օրինակ՝ ծագող արևի երկրի՝ Ճապոնիայի բնակիչները բավականին հաջողակ են եղել այդ հարցում։ 2007 թվականին ճապոնական խանութներում հայտնվեց տարօրինակ ալկոհոլային խմիչք՝ գարեջուր, որի հիմքը կովի կաթն է։ Նման անսովոր արտադրանք ստեղծելու գաղափարը ծագել էր Հոկայդո կղզուց մի երիտասարդ ֆերմերի մտքում։ Նա ցանկանում էր օգտագործել այն ավելցուկային կաթը, որը առաջանում էր գերարտադրության և սպառման ծավալների անկման արդյունքում։ Ֆերմերն իր գաղափարն առաջարկեց Աբաշիրի գարեջրագործական ընկերությանը, որն արդեն հայտնի էր իր բազմազան գարեջրերով: Նման անսովոր գարեջուր պատրաստելու գաղափարը հետաքրքրեց ճապոնացի գարեջրագործներին, և նրանք որոշեցին թողարկել կաթնային գարեջրի շարք Bilk ապրանքանիշի ներքո (անգլերեն beer և milk՝ գարեջուր և կաթ բառերից):

Սակայն նախ անհրաժեշտ էր փոխել գարեջրի արտադրության ավանդական բաղադրատոմսը։ Դժվարությունն այն էր, որ կաթը ջրի բավականին վատ փոխարինող է։ Նրա եռման կետը ցածր է ջրից, նաև ունի օսլայի բարձր պարունակություն։ Ճապոնացիները լուծեցին այդ խնդիրը՝ կաթը տաքացնելով ոչ թե կրակի վրա, այլ տաք օդի հոսքի միջոցով։ Գայլուկը և գարեջրի խմորիչը ավելացվում են պահանջվող ջերմաստիճանում տաքացված կաթին, ապա որոշ ժամանակ թողնում են այդպես։ Աստիճանաբար, խմորման գործընթացի ընթացքում գարեջրի գույնը փոխվում է, և այն ձեռք է բերում հաճելի սուրճի երանգ։ Սառչելուց հետո ստացված ըմպելիքը գործնականում ոչնչով չի տարբերվում ավանդական ֆիլտրացված գարեջրից։ Ոչնչով, բացի համից։ Արտադրողը, ինչպես նաև նրանք, ովքեր փորձել են Բիլկը, պնդում են, որ այն ունի զարմանալի մրգային համ ու անսովոր հետհամ, և խորհուրդ են տալիս այն օգտագործել կաթնային շոկոլադի հետ։ Դա իսկապես անսովոր համադրություն է գարեջրի համար։ Քիչ հավանական է, որ Հոկայդո կղզուց դուրս Բիլկ հանդիպեք որևէ այլ տեղ։ Ճապոնիայից դուրս նման էկզոտիկ խմիչքների սիրահարներ չափազանց քիչ կան։ Բացի այդ, ճապոնացի կաթնավաճառները, ըստ երևույթին, լավ չեն տիրապետել անգլերենին։ Բանն այն է, որ bilk բառը անգլերենից թարգմանվում է որպես «խաբել» կամ «խաբեբա»։

Քիչ հավանական է, որ «խաբեբա» ապրանքանիշը լավ վաճառվի միջազգային ասպարեզում, առավել ևս, մեղմ ասած, ոչ այնքան ավանդական բաղադրատոմսը հաշվի առնելով։ Բայց նրանք, ովքեր լինում են Ճապոնիայում, ճիշտ կանեն, եթե փորձեն, չնայած այդ հրաշքն արժե մոտ 380 իեն։ Մի փոքր թանկ է, բայց էկզոտիկայի իսկական սիրահարների համար դա ոչինչ է։
