Հայաստանում տարիներ շարունակ քաղաքական փոփոխությունները բերում են նոր դեմքերի, բայց ոչ նոր մոտեցումների։ Իշխանությունները փոխվում են, խոստումները՝ կրկնվում։ Ժողովուրդը մերժել է հինը, հիասթափվել է նորից։ Բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ ամեն ինչ ավարտված է։

Այսօր մարդկանց մեծ մասը չի սպասում փրկչի։ Նա սպասում է հասկանալի, գործին տեր կանգնող, բաց ու ազնիվ առաջնորդի։ Ոչ թե ամբիոնի, այլ գործի մարդկանց։

Նրա կարևոր հատկանիշները պետք է լինեն՝

- Մաքուր, հասկանալի կենսագրություն

- Իրական աշխատանքի փորձ                                       

- Զուսպ խոսք, առանց գերխոստումների

- Թիմային մտածողություն

Նա չպետք է գործի ատելության լեզվով կամ խոսի բաժանարար հռետորաբանությամբ։ Նա պետք է խոսի պարզ՝ առանց մեծամիտ ձևակերպումների։

Հասարակությունը կարիք ունի հստակ առաջնահերթությունների՝

- Կառավարման պրոֆեսիոնալ մոտեցում՝ առանց քավոր-սանիկական հարաբերությունների

- Կրթական համակարգի կարգավորում՝ որպես պետականության հիմք

- Արտաքին քաղաքականություն՝ զերծ մշտական լարվածություններից ու կախվածություններից

- Տնտեսական քաղաքականություն՝ շեշտը դնելով աշխատանքի, ոչ թե սուբսիդիաների վրա

- Արդարություն և վերահսկելիություն՝ օրենքը պետք է գործի բոլորի համար

Այս ամենը հնարավոր չէ կատարել մի մարդու  ուժով։ Պետք է ձևավորվի նոր, պատրաստ, աշխույժ, աշխատող թիմ։

Ժողովուրդը պատրաստ է լսելու և վստահելու։ Բայց ոչ՝ բոլորին։

Առաջին իսկ պահից, երբ այսպիսի լիդերը իր թիմով հայտ կներկայացնի, երկրում քաղաքական իրավիճակը կտրուկ կփոխվի։
