ՀՖՖ որոշմամբ «Ուլիս»-ը զրկվել է ՈՒԵՖԱ-ի և ազգային արտոնագրերից

Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի գրասենյակում կայացել է ակումբների արտոնագրման համակարգի Արտոնագրման կոմիտեի արտահերթ նիստը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ֆեդերացիայի մամուլի ծառայության տեղեկատվության համաձայն նիստի ընթացքում քննության է դրվել «Ուլիս» ֆուտբոլային ակումբի՝ 2015/2016 մրցաշրջանի ՈՒԵՖԱ-ի և ազգային արտոնագրերը հետ կանչելու հարցը։
2015 թվականի մարտի 13-ին և ապրիլի 20-ին «Ուլիս» -ին շնորհվել էր համապատասխանաբար ազգային և ՈՒԵՖԱ արտոնագիր 2015/2016 մրցաշրջանի համար: Նշված արտոնագրերը «Ուլիս» ՖԱ-ի առաջին թիմին իրավունք էին ընձեռել մասնակցելու ՀՀ Բարձրագույն խմբի ընթացիկ՝ 2015/2016 մրցաշրջանի առաջնությանը և ՈՒԵՖԱ-ի Եվրոպայի լիգայի ընթացիկ 2015/2016 մրցաշրջանի խաղարկությանը: Արտոնագրերի շնորհման պահին Ուլիս ՖԱ-ն բավարարել էր ՀՖՖ ակումբների արտոնագրման կանոնակարգի պահանջները։
Սակայն հոկտեմբեր ամսից սկսած, հիմք ընդունելով ՈՒԵՖԱ-ի կողմից ստացված զեկույցները, համաձայն որոնց «Ուլիս»-ը կասկածվում էր պայմանավորված խաղերի և ապօրինի խաղադրույքների մեջ ներգրավված լինելու մեջ, ՀՖՖ Արտոնագրման համակարգի մարմինները, ՀՖՖ այլ մարմինների կողմից սկսած հետաքննություններին զուգահեռ, սկսեցին ուսումնասիրել «Ուլիս» -ի կողմից Արտոնագրային պարտավորությունների կատարման ընթացքը։
Մի շարք ստուգումներով հայտնաբերված արտոնագրային պահանջների անհամապատասխանության խնդիրները լուծելու նպատակով ակումբի ղեկավարության և աշխատակիցների հետ քննարկումների արդյունքում ակումբը պաշտոնապես ժամանակ խնդրեց, որը, սակայն, ևս խախտվեց:
Արդյունքում, հիմք ընդունելով 2015թ. նոյեմբերից 2016թ. հունվար ժամանակահատվածում ՀՖՖ արտոնագրման համակարգի տարբեր ատյաններում «Ուլիս» -ի նկատմամբ կայացված միջանկյալ որոշումները, ինչպես նաև ակումբի աշխատակիցների և սոցիալական/հարկային մարմինների նկատմամբ ժամկետանց պարտավորությունները, ենթակառուցվածքային, կադրային և վարչական չափանիշների մի շարք կարևոր հիմնադրույթների ակումբի կողմից չկատարումը, ՀՖՖ Արտոնագրման Կոմիտեն միաձայն որոշում կայացրեց հետ կանչել «Ուլիս»-ի՝ 2015/2016 թթ. մրցաշրջանի ՈՒԵՖԱ-ի և ազգային արտոնագրերը։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, համաձայն նույն որոշման՝ ՀՖՖ Արտոնագրման կոմիտեն դիմել է ՀՖՖ կարգապահական կոմիտե՝ «Ուլիս»-ի նկատմամբ կարգապահական միջոցներ կիրառելու նպատակով։
