Սուրճ` բարիք, թե՞ չարիք

Արդեն  մի քանի դար է, որ մեկ կամ միգուցե մի քանի բաժակ սուրճը դարձել է մարդկանց կյանքի մի մասը: Մինչ այն ժամանակները, երբ մարդիկ դեռ չգիտեին սուրճի պատրաստման եղանակը, ուտում էին սուրճի պտուղները և բոլորը գիտեին, որ սուրճը տալիս է ուժ և էներգիա: Այս ըմպելիքը կարող է միաժամանակ և շատ օգուտներ և շատ վնասներ բերել Ձեր  օրգանիզմին: Կփորձենք ներկայացնել սուրճի դրական ու բացասական հատկանիշները, որից հետո ինքներդ կորոշեք` խմել սուրճ թե ոչ:

Սկսենք դրական հատկանիներից. Առավոտյան մեկ բաժակ սուրճը կարող է արագացնել արթնանալու, սթափվելու և աշխատունակության պրոցեսներն օրգանիզմում: Սուրճի մեծ դրական կողմերից է համարվում դեպրեսիայի կամ սթրեսի հաղթահարման ունակությունը, որը կարևորվում է մերօրյա հասարակությունում: Բացի այդ կարգավորում է թոքերի աշխատանքը, արագացնում է արյան շրջանառությունը և սրտի աշխատանքը: Վերջին հաշվով կարելի է ասել, որ սուրճը հիանալի ըմպելիք է, որը պարզաես ապահովում է լավ տրամադրություն:

Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է սուրճի բացասական հատկանիշներին, ապա պետք է նշել, որ միայն  բացարձակ առողջ մարդիկ են, որ չեն կարող կրել սուրճի բացասական հետևանքները, քանի որ նյարդային լարվածությամբ տառապող մարդիկ սուրճի օգտագործման դեպքում կարող են ձեռք բերել անքնություն, դյուրագրգիռություն և անհանգստություն: Սրտի կամ հոգեկան վիճակի հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունեցող մարդիկ պետք է կրճատեն սուրճի օգտագործումը և նույնիսկ հրաժարվեն դրանից: Պետք է հիշել մեկ հանգամանք` նույնիսկ առողջ մարդիկ չպետք է մշտապես օգտագործեն սուրճ, քանի որ այն հակում ունի ժամանակի ընթացքում վատացնելու առողջական վիճակը:

  • Սոված ժամանակ մի օգտագործեք սուրճ
  • Մի օգտագործեք սուրճ, ավելի քանի օրը երկու անգամ
  • Քնելուց առաջ մի խմեք սուրճ
  • Մի օգտագործեք սուրճ ծխելու կամ ալկոհոլային խմիչքներ օգտագործելու ժամանակ:
