«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի» խնդիրները բացահայտելու համար միայն ֆինանսական աուդիտի անցկացումն արդյունավետ չէ, հարկավոր է նաև տեխնիկական աուդիտ: Այս կարծիքին է Հայաստանի գործատուների հանրապետական միության նախագահ Գագիկ Մակարյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ ՀԷՑ-ում աուդիտի անցկացումը լավ գաղափար էր, սակայն աուդիտը պետք է ներառի նաև տեխնիկական բաղադրիչը:

«Ֆինանսական աուդիտից բացի, հարկավոր է նաև տեխնիկական աուդիտ, այսինքն՝ աուդիտ, որը թույլ է տալիս պարզել՝ համակարգը զարգացվածության ինչպիսի մակարդակ ունի, ինչ վերանորոգումների և ներդրումների կարիք կա, կորուստները հիմնականում որտեղ են և այլն: Դա թույլ կտա բացահայտել՝ տվյալ ընկերությունը բաշխիչ ցանցերի շահագործման տարիներին կատարե՞լ է արդյոք անհրաժեշտ ներդրումները»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց Մակարյանը:

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ նամակով դիմել է ՀՀ վարչապետին և առաջարկել երկու մասնակից՝ տեխնիկական աուդիտի անցկացման ժամանակ: «Հայաստանում կան լավ մասնագետներ, ովքեր գիտեն ցանցի աշխատանքը և դրան վերաբերող խնդիրները: Նրանք կարող են մասնակցել աուդիտին»,- հավելեց Գագիկ Մակարյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ պետությունն ունի բոլոր լծակները պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու տվյալ ընկերության դեմ, եթե վերջինս չի կատարել անհրաժեշտ աշխատանքները:

Գործատուների միության նախագահի խոսքով՝ պետք է կատարել անհրաժեշտ քայլերը, որպեսզի էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի փոփոխությունը սպառողներից բացի չազդի նաև բիզնեսների վրա: «Էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացումը մեծ ազդեցություն կարող է թողնել ապրանքների ինքնարժեքի վրա, իսկ դա կհանգեցնի միջազգային շուկաներում դրանց մրցունակության նվազմանը: Սա լուրջ հարված կարող է դառնալ փոքր և միջին բիզնեսների համար»,- ասաց նա:
