տեղեկացնում եմ բլոգեր Արթուր Չախոյանի կողմից այսօր իրականացրած ակցիայի և դրա շրջանակում հնչեցված հերթական «կոռուպցիոն բացահայտումների» վերաբերյալ։
2023 թվականի փետրվարի 23-ին Արթուր Չախոյանը դիմել է Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարին՝ իր բնակության հասցեի շենքի մուտքը ներառելու վերանորոգման ընթացիկ ծրագրում։
Վարչական շրջանը պատասխանել է, որ նման աշխատանքները համատիրության լիազորությունների շրջանակում են, սակայն հնարավորության դեպքում մուտքի վերանորոգումը կարող է ընդգրկվել առաջիկա ծրագրերում։
Ըստ նախնական պարզաբանման՝ վարչական շրջանի աշխատակցի կողմից նշված դիմումը սխալմամբ ներառվել է շենքերի տանիքների երկաթյա թիթեղներ տրամադրելու ցանկում։
Արդյունքում վարչական շրջանից կապ են հաստատել Չախոյանի հետ և տեղեկացրել, որ կարող է ներկայանալ և ստանալ մետաղական թիթեղները։ 2025 թվականի հունիսի 14-ին Չախոյանը ստացել է այդ թիթեղները՝ սահմանված կարգով պարտավորվելով 30 օրվա ընթացքում վերանորոգել տանիքը։
Բնական հարց է առաջանում՝ ինչու՞ է բլոգերը վերցրել երկաթյա թիթեղները, եթե իր պնդմամբ ինքը սեփական միջոցներով տանիքն արդեն վերանորոգել էր։ Իսկ գուցե հարմար առի՞թ էր հերթական «կոռուպցիոն բացահայտումները» անելու համար։
Տեղեկացնում եմ նաև, որ նշանակվել է ծառայողական քննություն, համապատասխան աշխատակիցը առնվազն կստանա խիստ նկատողություն։
