«Մեքենաներն անսարք են, չենք ուզում նստել»․ Սևան-Երևան երթուղին՝ կաթվածահար

Արդեն հինգ օր է՝ տասնյակ քաղաքացիներ Սևանից Երևան հասնելու համար ստիպված են լինում օգտվել տաքսիի հավելվածներից, քանի որ դեպի մայրաքաղաք եկող երթուղայինները սկսել են վատ աշխատել:

Բանն այն է, որ նաև դեպի Երևան տուրիստական ուղևորափոխադրումներ իրականացնող ընկերություններից մեկը, որ գրանցված է որպես «Դավիթ Սարգսյան» անհատ ձեռնարկատեր, պետության պահանջով դադարել է գործել․ պաշտոնական հիմնավորումն այն է, որ այս կազմակերպությունն իրավունք ունի ուղևորափոխադրումներ իրականացնելու միայն ներմարզային երթուղում, իսկ դեպի Երևան մեքենաներ ուղարկելու իրավունք չկա։ Թեև ընկերությունը վստահեցնում է, որ իրենք գործել են օրինական դաշտում և դա ապացուցվում է նաև դատարանի մի քանի վճիռներով, այնուամենայնիվ, այս պահին իրենց մեքենաները իրավապահ համակարգի պահանջով երթուղի դուրս չեն գալիս։

Ուստի ամեն օր 800 և ավելի սևանցիներ ստիպված են Երևան հասնել դեպի մայրաքաղաք ուղևորափոխադրում իրականացնելու իրավունք ունեցող «Ավտոփայլ» ընկերության մեքենաներով։ Ըստ ՏԿԵ նախարարության՝ ընկերությունը լիցենզիա է ստացել 2020 թվականի փետրվարի 3-ին, իսկ 2022 թվականի հուլիսի 4-ին սնանկ է ճանաչվել։ Սակայն ընկերությանը հաջողվել է պահպանել լիցենզիան, ու հիմա երթուղի դուրս գալու իրավունք ունեցող հինգ մեքենա կա: Եվ այդ մեքենաներն, ըստ էության, չեն բավականացնում։

MediaHub-ին դիմած քաղաքացիները նեղսրտում են՝ աշխատանքից ուշանում են, չեն կարողանում ճիշտ ժամանակին մայրաքաղաք հասնել։

Չնայած քաղաքացիների բողոքին, «Ավտոփայլ» ընկերությունից վստահեցնում են՝ աշխատանքն ընթանում է բնականոն հունով։ Մեր նկարահանման պահին պատկերը լրիվ այլ էր։

Նշենք, որ այս պահին ընկերությունը դիմել է, որպեսզի ևս չորս մեքենա ավելացնեն իրենց բալանսին, իսկ մինչ այդ սպիտակ համարանիշներով մեքենաներ և մինիվեններ են դուրս բերում երթուղի։ 

Բայց սա էլ չի գոհացնում քաղաքացիներին։ Նրանք պահանջում են, որպեսզի երթուղի դուրս գան նաև «Դավիթ Սարգսյան» անհատ ձեռնարկատիրոջ մեքենաները։
