SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով հունիսի 8-ին, ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Իջևանի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ շուրջ 3 օր առաջ Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 36-ամյա Հովիկ Խ․-ն անտառում «ՈՒԱԶ» ավտոմեքենա կայանելու հարցի շուրջ առաջացած վիճաբանության ժամանակ ձեռքով մի քանի անգամ ապտակել է Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 40-ամյա Արգիշտի Ա․-ին։

Հունիսի 11-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Տավուշի մարզային վարչությունում ստացվել է տեղեկություն, որ հունիսի 6-ին ժամը 15։00-ի սահմաններում Արգիշտի Ա․-ն Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 40-ամյա Արտակ Ղ․-ի և Արծվաբերդի տեղամասի էկոպարեկի հետ «Իջևանի անտառտնտեսություն», «Խաչարձանի անտառպետության» 5-րդ պահաբաժնի տարածքում կանգնեցրել են «ՈՒԱԶ» մակնիշի, առանց համարանիշի ավտոմեքենա՝ բեռնված մոտ 1․5 խ/մ վառելափայտով, որի համար վերջիններս համապատասխան փաստաթուղթ չունենալու համար ցանկացել են կազմել համապատասխան արձանագրություն, որի ժամանակ իրենց է մոտեցել Հովիկ Խ․-ն և Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 41-ամյա Սարգիս Ք․-ն ովքեր Արգիշտի Ա․-ից պահանջել են առանց արձանագրությունը կազմելու բաց թողնել ավտոմեքենան, որի համար վիճաբանություն է առաջացել և իրենց մոտեցած Հովիկ Խ․-ի եղբայրը՝ Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 34-ամյա Շեկո Խ․-ն առաջարկել է հետագա պարզաբանումը շարունակել այլ վայրում։
