Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
Կարևոր է, որ նախագահ Թրամփի վարչակազմը, ի տարբերություն Բայդենի վարչակազմի և ԵՄ-ի՝ ավելի իրատեսական ու օբյեկտիվ է ընկալում աշխարհում Ռուսաստանի կարևոր դերը, ինչպես նաև սեփական պատժամիջոցներից իրեն հասցված վնասը:
ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանի դուրս գալը G8-ից սխալ էր։ Ռուսաստանը գլոբալ քաղաքականության առանցքային խաղացողներից է, առանց որի մասնակցության անհնար է լուծել միջազգային կարևորագույն խնդիրները։ Թրամփը նաև նշել է, որ ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցներից հենց ամերիկյան բիզնեսի կորուստը կազմում է ավելի քան 300 միլիարդ դոլար։
Ընթացող ռազմական բախումների, ռեգիոնալ կոշտ մրացակցության և ռազմավարական ռեսուրսների վերաձևման պարագայում բարդ է ասել, թե ինչպիսի կառուցվածք կունենա ապագա աշխարհակարգը: Չի բացառվում, որ որոշ պետություններ տրոհվեն կամ տարածքներ կորցնեն, որոշները՝ դադարեն գոյություն ունենալ, իսկ որոշ ռեգիոններում կարող են ի հայտ գալ նոր պետականություններ:
Աշխարհը բազմաթիվ անգամներ անցել է այդպիսի իրադարձությունների միջով, և պետք է հաշվի նստել պատմական օրինաչափությունների ու հավերժական շահերի հետ:
Հատկապես վերջին տարիներին, աշխարհը ևս մեկ անգամ համոզվում է, որ կայուն զարգացման, խաղաղ գոյակցության և գլոբալ անվտանգության ապահովման հարցերում անհնար է հաշվի չառնել Ռուսաստանի դերակատարությունը:
Նոր աշխարհակարգի եռասյուն հեգեմոնների՝ ԱՄՆ-ի, Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի ձեռամբ է իրականացվում ճարտարապետությունը: Եվրոպան և հատկապես Մեծ Բրիտանիան պետք է հաշտվեն «երկրորդ ջութակի» դերակատարման հետ: Իսկ խոշոր երկրներից շատերը խնդիր ունեն դիմանալ ագրեսիվ պայքարին և հաղթել ռեգիոնալ մրցակցությունում:
