Ходатайство о применении меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении бизнесмена и мецената Самвела Карапетяна рассмотрит судья Ереванского уголовного суда общей юрисдикции Артак Карапетян.
Как ранее сообщил СК, на основании полученной информации возбуждено уголовное дело по части 2 статьи 422 Уголовного кодекса Республики Армения в связи с тем, что С.К. (Самвел Карапетян) в ходе интервью средствам массовой информации публично призвал к захвату власти, к захвату полномочий Правительства Республики Армения в порядке, не предусмотренном Конституцией Республики Армения.
18 июня 2025 года прокурором, осуществляющему надзор за законностью уголовного судопроизводства, было подано ходатайство о возбуждении публичного уголовного преследования, в связи с чем последний в тот же день вынес постановление о возбуждении публичного уголовного преследования в отношении С.К. по части 2 статьи 422 Уголовного кодекса Республики Армения.
18 июня 2025 года С.К. был задержан и доставлен в орган, осуществляющий производство.
В суд было подано ходатайство о применении в отношении последнего меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу».
